Forgive the vanity post...I firmly believe that Obama was the chosen one by his mentors, the powers that be on the radical far left to implement their master plan. Based on his upbringing, his associations, and his involvement in the Chicago community organizing movement he was groomed and promoted to higher office.
From there he was launched by an incredible talent for oration, and a desire by the people for something other than the status quo. Change is what they wanted. The main stream media grabbed hold, forgot their jobs to investigate, and cheered all the way to his election.
Change is what they got. They got corruption on a national level unseen in American history with coverups, perjury, and stonewalling the order of the day. They got deals made behind closed doors, money funneled to those who donated, executive orders making congress unnecessary, and an adversrial relationship with the supreme court.
Backed by the compliant MSM he will fight like hell for reelection. It doesn't matter because he has succeeded in his quest to radically change the America I grew up in. He has divided races, and economic classes; he has destroyed our foreign policy through subterfuge, timely leaks, and discarding any sense of the honor this country has earned. He has burdened our children with a debt so large that it nearly impossible to repay. He has destroyed the American dream for the common man. And, that's what we all are regardless of color, religion, or ethnic background: the common man.
The damage is done. It will take us years to recover from his misdeeds, and that recovery will be very messy on so many levels.
I would love to hear the views of others, and to those who object to my rant..I apologize. I didn't mean to take up space.
On the strength of their own merit (personally or professionally) or on the strength of Liberal rationale, not one of them could or ever should succeed in American politics.
With weak and irresolute Conservatives representing the ‘opposition’, Liberals can dismantle the U.S. piecemeal and at will.
I think you’re right on. But I don’t think his goal is merely to fundamentally transform America. His end goal is the end goal of any Marxist revolutionary. He is trying to establish his dictatorship, to overthrow the rule of law and force Marxism on the US.
This is why he never concedes limitations on his power, even if established by law and usage. This is why he appoints czars and recess appointments rather than submit to the Senate’s advise and consent authority.This is why he uses Federal agencies to selectively enforce existing laws, and to create laws which could not pass Congress through bureaucratic regulation. Its why he would not concede that only Congress may declare war during the Libyan conflict. And it why he has filled Federal offices with appointments loyal to Obama and socialism, in the hopes that they will collectively obey him rather than the law/Constitution.
I will be very surprised if we have a new President in November, because I really believe W was the last US President. BHO is something else.

Anyone who thinks Barry ia great orator is just not paying attention.
I, like many others, am sick of hearing the sound of Obama’s voice. He talks, talks, talks, talks, talks, talks and talks some more. Speech, after speech, after speech, the answer to everything for him is another SPEECH.
If, may the Lord forbid it, he gets re-elected, I’m going to have to find some way to NEVER get cornered into having to listen to a single syllable he utters. - So far, there’s no way to escape his constant chattering, but I intend to exert every effort to grab the remote quicker or get to the radio dial quicker.
He is EVIL. You start with that premise and everything he does makes perfect sense.
Hell, Ron Burgundy could read off a teleprompter.
Can’t be done. By Executive Order we will all be required to purchase a radio with no off switch, which must be plugged in at all times, and from which wafts the dulcet sounds of HIS voice. If you have any money left at all you may choose the optional volume control.

I think you are largely on the mark, but I disagree that O is a good orator. He is not. He simply reads what his masters put on teleprompter.
Next, he has dropped all obstacles to Islam creating a world-wide caliphate. Our defense department cannot even contemplate militant islam as a potential threat.
He forcibly attacks sovereign States (e.g. AZ) in their attempts to protect their own people and borders.
He dissolves friendly governments to turn them over to fanatical militant Islam.
He forces Christian nations to provide abortions on demand (e.g. Kenya, USA).
But, But...we can come back if we stop the bleeding now. He and his compliant congressional members (including RINOs) must be defeated in 6 months (election day)
