In 2009, Politifact declared Sarah Palin's assertion of Death Panels contained in Obamacare to be the "Lie of the Year."

Now that's credibility.

“It was a reduction in future growth”

Which the Democrats always referred to as a “cut”.

Lawyers for Sen. Bill Nelson have written to Florida TV stations asking them not to air an ad that includes an allegedly false claim about Medicare cuts.

Isn't that the word the Libs always use? Why did they forget to use it here?

IIRC, the Romney campaign successfully pulled this off with Newt’s ads the week before the FL primary, which contributed greatly to Newt’s sudden downturn.

"It wasn't a cut, according to Politifact. It was a reduction in future growth (the size of the Medicare program will increase dollar-wise)."

We all know how much the Rats love to call reductions in future spending "cuts". It's one of their fav scare tactics. So when the Rats call this very same thing, a reduction in future spending, a "spending cut" the Repubs should be able to request that such ads not be run on the very same grounds. That about right?

The only way the Liar-in-Chief could say that ObamaCare wouldn’t bankrupt the country was to cut Medicare by $500 Billion. Now when the Republican ads point this out, Democrats such as Nelson squawk. It seems all the Democrats know that Obama never intended to cut Medicare and yes, the country will go broke when ObamaCare gets rolling.

Yeah, it’s all how you phrase it.

Dimwads have a different language and come from a different planet. I’m quite sure of this.

It began long ago in the deepest part of the universe on planet AAA which was a thriving planet before the Dimwads got control and ‘changed’ the name to ‘666’.

There were people in control before the Dimwads and they had the planet in great shape and was about to gain support of it’s people to maintain a peaceful, clean, green, and economical heaven for everyone. Businesses were thriving and hiring like crazy. The people were happy but the Dimwads couldn’t let someone else take credit for anything at all so they lied, cheated, bribed, and did everything they could to gain control. And they did.

But due to the little brained Dimwads power playing, it had to be deserted because of the plague and violence that thrived from their dishonest thuggery and dismissal of enemies from other planets as nothing to worry about. Just pay them to leave us alone. was their thinking. But alas, that would not be the case.

The enemies wanted more and more. After a short while the Dimwads could no longer provide or appease all the leaches. The money was gone.

Only a small handful got away. They threw the others ‘under the bus’, and left them behind.

They went to a new planet called earth.

Laywers for Sen. Bill Nelson have written to Florida TV stations threatening them with the implied loss of their FCC license in a second Obama Administration if they choose to air an ad that includes a false claim about Medicare cuts.

There, fixed it.

If future growth is based upon the growth in the number who will be eligible for Medicare in the future, then that $500 billion is an actual cut in the amount available per person who will become eligible for Medicare.

The games politicians play with stats, and half of them probably don’t understand the stats whether they help or hurt their case.

They couldn’t air any ads from politicians if that were the case!
