Connie, I know there are several Bonamassa specials currently making the rounds (He's HOT!). My favorites are "Live At The Royal Albert Hall" (with two drummers) and "Black Country Communion - Live Over Europe". This song is one of latest from Black Country Communion and features Glen Hughes at his best. His playful posing and jig-like dances are a delight to behold and he's one of very few performers who can upstage Joe.
Glen's career spans 5 decades beginning in England with acts like Finder's Keepers and Trapeze in the 60s. He was quickly established as one of the finest bassmen/vocalists in Europe, second only perhaps to Jack Bruce. His credits include 30+ solo albums, over half a dozen with Trapeze, more than 23 albums as Deep Purple's on again/off again front man, several stints with Black Sabbath, as well as a long string of tours and albums with artists as diverse as Gary Moore, Jeff Scott Soto, Quiet Riot, Uriah Heep, Keith Emerson, Asia, Geoff Downes, Mötley Crüe, Lynch Mob, Climax Blues Band, Jon Lord, Pat Travers, Whitesnake, Roger Glover, XYZ, Night Ranger and Tommy Bolin just to name a few. His work with Joe Bonamassa, Jason Bonham and Dream Theater's Derek Sherinian on keyboards is perhaps the capstone of a truly amazing career and his joyful shoe shuffling antics, soaring vocals and ridiculously savage bass lines on this song make the "Live Over Europe" show one of the best concert film's I've ever seen.

Glen Hughes wrote this song in the late 60s and it was a staple with Trapeze, Deep Purple and a host of other rock acts thoughout the 70s and 80s. Black Country Communion revived it for their first studio album and it rises from the ashes like the phoenix and flies with a fresh new interpertation that overwhelms previous incarnations. Jason Bonham channels his father's Zeppelin style and our boy Joe pays tribute to every guitar slinger from Tony Iommi to Joe Walsh in a coup d'état of rock supremacy.

Here's a little something I "stole" from you and modified it. I hope you like it. If you do then you can download it. If not, just ignore it. :-):

We had 2.88 inches at the house, but I think the airport got 2.75...which was a record. It was wonderful and we already crave more! :)

Good Saturday to you, Drumbo...((HUGS))...I’m sitting in the parking lot where my Mom is getting a haircut. Earlier I sat with my Dad getting him started on cleaning up his email inbox. I already cleaned out 1500+, but now he has to work on more than 200 more.
Thanks for the tunes.
