Oh, so the remedy the courts can absolutely deliver is to take any ineligible candidate off the ballot.
Do you really think the courts should only enforce *some* of the laws? (The ones the executive branch agrees to uphold.)

The Judicial Branch does not enforce any laws. The Executive is the one that enforces the law, so yes.
Are you being difficult on purpose?
Do You want The courts to rule on compliance with all laws or some laws?
I think the courts should pass judgement on compliance with election eligibility laws? Do you?

Ruling on compliance is not enforcing. For that you need the executive branch.
