Re-elect him , which is just what the Americanos are going to do . Why would the Republicans choose fall guys twice in a row ? The answer should be obvious , and it’s not just because , generally speaking , that Americans are stupid / maleducated .
Under our Constitution, only the Senate has the power to convict the president of anything that would constitute a "high crime or misdemeanor" and remove him from office (and only after he has been impeached by the House).
Only AFTER his removal from office would a president then be subject to normal legal process in the courts of law for such crimes as conspiracy to forge state-issued documents and making false electoral filings in the various states.
In the meantime, any of his co-conspirators may be prosecuted by any law enforcement agency with proper jurisdiction.
The only mechanism the Constitution provides for removing a president is impeachment and conviction.
Requires majority vote of House, possible but really unlikely. And 2/3 vote of Senate, quite beyond the realm of possibility.
There is no other way. What the Senate could have done is refuse to certify his election until he provided adequate proof he met the requirements. But that’s obviously water over the bridge at this point.
What we absolutely do not need is a court decision voiding the election, unlikely as such a decision is. The judicial branch has already grabbed too much power. We don’t need it being the final court of appeal in presidential elections, something with absolutely no justification in the Constitution.
Convince a court, somewhere, anywhere, that you are right. If that doesn't work, become a conspiracy theorist and convince yourself that everyone else is colluding to hide the truth.
First, federal marshalls frog march him out of the White House.
Then prosecute Obama for fraud because he received a pay check under false pretenses. I guess they would have to impeach him first.
Then Congress has to go, one by one, through all the bills signed into law and decide whether to do-over.
The only fitting solution for someone perpetrating a fraud of this magnitude would be incarceration for life (hopefully a short one).
