I'm all for it.

Not for Paul, but for anything that throws the Convention wide open.

We attended the TEA Party EXpress stop in Austin (TX) yesterday. It turned out to be a rally for Ron Paul. There were very few in attendance who didn’t wear a RP tee shirt, or who wasn’t carrying a RP sign.

Of course, since the TEA Party Express had both Ron and Rand Paul as speakers, nothing else could be expected.

I was very disappointed in the event, except for one or two speakers—Ted Cruz and Mr. Marcos (can’t think of his first name at the moment) .

I never saw Synchro.

And while I think Paul is a loon and there is a better chance of snow in Hell ... I’ll take anything to smack down the GOP elite.

Good! I’d rather not have a devout, pure-bread 100% liberal, homosexual loving, Democrat on my ticket.

Romnesty should have run against Obambi in a democrat primary and stayed the hell away from the Republican party. I can’t believe that the RINOs dumped this POS onto our ticket. Another DOLE/MCLAME ticket.

Although I think Ron Paul is a nut, I hope he saves our ticket.

I would never vote for Ron Paul.

I say we all join forces and all vote for Newt Gingrich on the 15th!

Romney has 856 Delegates and needs 288 more delegates to secure the nomination. Ron Paul could get 70% of all the remaining delegates and Romney would still win.

Is this possible? No

Is it delusional, bordering on insanity to even suggest that it is possible? Yes

I am no Romney fan, but facts are facts.

I would not react unfavorably to this tactic if it in fact denied the nomination to that POS Romney.

Even though I take issue with some of Pauls stands I would be able to “hold my nose” and vote for him in the general.

I also know that having him as the GOP candidate would throw the youth (college) support for Zero into Chaos. These guys are not necessarily a huge voting block but they ARE tireless supporters and a gigantic asset for the ground game.

I know we have these ABO people pissing around FR, but we are not at that point. Right now, IM all about Anyone But Romney. While Paul has flaws, they are NOT fatal like Romney’s.

Even if its not Paul in the end, we will still have an opportunity to deny it to the GOP-e, which is MUCH more than we have now. Who knows... maybe we can recruit Scott Walker to step up..

I don’t think it’s likely but I’ll stay at home before I’ll vote for Paul. The guy is a loon.

Author of the article is a dumbass. Iowa’s delegate have yet to be “elected”.... the delegate slate has been nominated, and supposedly ratified at the state convention. The author is putting the cart before the horse - and the numbers referred to are delegates to be nominated to the convention. The Paulistinans have also packed the state central committee, as well as a good number of county delegations.

Bottom line: Iowa’s delegation to the national convention will not have any reflection on the outcome of the caucuses - and will be the end of Iowa as first in the nation - deservedly.

I'm hoping that my Texas primary vote for RuPaul will contribute to this strateegery. I'm encouraging all my Texas FRiends and acquaintences to vote for RuPaul.

Conservatives and Tea Partiers ^will^ become highly energized with a brokered convention.

Besides, he's a real "looker"!
