MOSCOW – Russia's top military officer has threatened to carry out a pre-emptive strike on U.S.-led NATO missile defense facilities in Eastern Europe if Washington goes ahead with its controversial plan to build a missile shield.
President Dmitry Medvedev said last year that Russia will retaliate militarily if it does not reach an agreement with the United States and NATO on the missile defense system.
Chief of General Staff Nikolai Makarov went even further Thursday. "A decision to use destructive force pre-emptively will be taken if the situation worsens," he said at an international conference attended by senior U.S. and NATO officials.
Russian Defense Minister Anatoly Serdyukov also warned on Thursday that talks between Moscow and Washington on the topic are "close to a dead end."
U.S. missile defense plans in Europe have been one of the touchiest subjects in U.S.-Russian relations for years.

SO...
1.) China announces several years back that they had begun an economic war against the US.
2.) Russia has been threatening NATO in regards to missile defense sites in Europe.
3.) NATO is meeting in Chicago at McCormick Place on the Near South Side in 2 weeks.
4.) There are planned “military exercises” for the NEXT week/weekend involving Russian paratroopers using US weapons and armament to “take and hold” the CIA main computer building in CO, the NSA main computer building in Utah, as well as Denver International Airport. Add to that the Chinese DESTROYERS, SUBS, and HOSPITAL SHIP that are sailing across the Pacific at this moment?
Anyone else a little confused as to how our President or our military can justify holding joint military exercises with countries who are threatening our safety and stability, and that of the entire Western World?
This smells to high heaven, especially when you add in the ties between these countries and terrorists, Fast and Furious and the connection between cartels and terrorist cells, Obama’s insistence on NOT enforcing illegal immigration laws...
Am I alone in seeing this, or are others (esp. current or former military personnel) seeing how bad this may indeed be. I fear that Obama is enough of an idiot to LET Russia and China take over thinking they’ll let him have a piece of the pie or something.
In other words am I the ONLY one that doesn’t trust the Russians and Chinese to actually LET GO of those sites once they’re inside???
I simply decline to make a fetish of parsing my words.
If I were the US president, I would instruct my embassador to Russia to inform the Russian president that he really does not want to attack the American military, in any country. And if he believes otherwise, he would be well advised to reconsider.

I know the 4 points you list, and have read/watched/monitored #3 part of #4 for the past few weeks on several sites.
What I’m not familiar with, is this part of #4:

I’d love to be “a fly on the wall” in those smoke-filled meeting rooms, hearing the truth instead of politic-speak BS we get fed.
Obama will answer this by giving Russia more of our technology. I guess the drone he gave Iran wasn’t enough. Pretty sad that when speaking of Obama, we have to say “he” instead of “we” or “us”. Damn sad.
He’s downright and outright treasonous; yes, it’s sad that our CIC is a POS. This poseur-president actually makes BJ look not-so-bad, in comparison. And that’s really sad.

Another 4 years and the damage we have seen so far will pale in comparison to what will be exponentialy more damaging in the lomger term. I already do not recognize my country, and in a few short years if he is still pretending to be the president, we are done....completely done. I pray and cry for my 5 grandchildren.

Worth noting is Russia earlier this week launched military exercises in collaboration with the Chinese navy. Chinese state broadcaster CCTV said the six days of drills, which began Sunday, feature simulated anti-aircraft, anti-submarine and search-and-rescue operations, including electronic countermeasures and other sensitive technologies.
Retired major general Yin Zhuo said it shows a high degree of trust between the sides.
“It’s an excellent exchange for China to be able to drill jointly in such sensitive areas,” Yin told CCTV.
