Israel has ZERO terrorist incidents aboard airline flights, AND has NO invasive airport security; they NEVER touch you. Not once. Instead, you are met at about a half dozen checkpoints by polite, highly trained, screeners who look you dead in the eye and gauge your non-verbal response to innocuous questions about how your day is going, where you’re headed — doing what amounts to making casual small talk. Their track record is 99.99% flawless.
By contrast, our invasive airport security HUMILIATES hundreds of American citizens DAILY, nitpicking about nail files, and bottles of hand lotion, yet FAILS — REPEATEDLY — to find guns and other implements passed through checkpoints by security auditors.
Israel’s “hands off” system is an unprecedented success, while our hapless band of groping uniformed perverts not only have an embarrassing track record, but are so far over the line of propriety as to be on the verge of fomenting a national insurrection.
While I agree with most of what you said, they do, however, sometimes run a wand over ya. But the time through security is incredibly short (30 seconds tops), and I oftentimes wonder how they can do it without any incidents, given that they are the “most hated people” on earth. It clearly shows that what TSA is doing is waaaaay overboard. There is a quick visual check driving into Ben Gurion by single guards at 2-3 guard stations who look at ya, and if is not sure, will ask 1-2 quick questions, and that is it! Time? No more than 5-15 seconds at most.

What you stated is patently untrue. Ben Gurion International Airport and it's security details. Israel is MUCH more intensive than we are.
