Hotel dispute started confrontation that sent home Secret Service agents for misconduct involving prostitution full title
An employee approached at least one Secret Service agent and demanding that he pay extra money for having an additional overnight guest in his room.
The agent balked, which eventually resulted in a confrontation and forced diplomatic intervention.
The official said the guest involved apparently was a prostitute. It remains unclear whether more agents and more prostitutes were involved.
A hotel employee told the Associated Press the agents were drinking heavily during their stay.

Sounds like the whole scandal initiated from a hotel employee who probably didn't get his cut for providing the hookers.
Obama may be as paranoid as he is narcissistic. It could be that the SS detail over the last three years has been purged of anybody he or Michelle don't feel comfortable around, and replaced by people he does feel comfortable around.
Such people may be less than "professional".
Consider what Holder may have been doing in the Justice Dept and FBI over the last three years as well. The people they've installed will cause trouble for any future Republican, and may be very difficult to remove.

Actually the cash should have been spread around the night before to hotel staff to keep things off of paperwork.
