If Toobin doesn’t like it, there’s a great chance that it’s the right thing to do.

The Supreme Court will determine the constitutionality of the health care law, and the president will, as he must, abide by that judgment whether he agrees with it or not.

SUUUUURE he will.
Just like he followed the order to lift his drilling moratorium, right?

Seems to me the courts are our last line of defense against this tyrant. If they don’t act, who will? Certainly not Congress.

If the court wants the inJustice Department to show that it understands a legal position, it’s a “hissy fit.”

Unlike what zero does when he doesn’t get his way.

Okay... let's do this once again:

What would Toobin have said if President Bush had instructed the Supreme Court how they ought to rule on a pending case?

This is not judging. This is a judicial hissy fit. The Supreme Court will determine the constitutionality of the health care law, and the president will, as he must, abide by that judgment whether he agrees with it or not. In the meantime, however, the president, like all Americans, enjoys the right to express himself on what the court should do in that or any other case.

Yes the President does enjoy the right to express himself. The problem is he did it in front of a camera and this was the wrong thing to do. Can't this man just shut up let the courts do their thing?

Tool-bin is a moron. The court is forcing the Obama DOJ to go on record in either declaring Obama “wrong” or a “liar”. Tool-bin doesn't like the court using divide and conquer tactics on The Won.

Three pages, single spaced, given hundreds of Ovomit’s sycophants working in the Department of Injustice, is nothing, not even a minor inconvenience. Too bad the judge doesn’t have the power to order Ovomit to write it himself. It would consume his time until the election is over, and be unreadable. Surveillance would be needed to make certain Bill Ayres didn’t sneak in a copy. As it is, I’ll be surprised if the three pages don’t arrive at the judges office on a teleprompter.

It would be a disgrace if the judiciary just rolled over and said nothing, just like Congress is doing with John Boehner.

You don’t diss judges appointed for life and expect otherwise.

They are the most unaccountable people there are serving this country, generally mature individuals and don’t take kindly to threats from a “boy”.

” - - - This is a judicial hissy fit.”

HEY! JEFFREY TOBIN, YEAH YOU!!!!

What is a “hissy fit” to you is an act of courage by those of us who see Obama to be the Dictator destroyer of our Republic.

You, and the rest of the LAM (Liberal Agenda Media) chose to be APATHETIC towards critically evaluating Obama.

You, and the rest of the LAM have proven yourselves to be outside of the Mainstream of American fundamental values. Therefore, the term “MSM” will no longer be applied to y’all by me.

BTW, was tax money used to pay the LAM to be apathetic towards being critical of Despots, or is this just what they teach in Journalism schools now?

The above Jeffrey Toobin who is lecturing us fly-over country rubes is the same media elite legal snob who was hauled into court by Yale-educated lawyer, Casey Greenfield, who said he's the father of her child. Toobin, 52, is a married man.

She's the daughter of another media elite, Jeff Greenfield, chief political correspondent for CBS Evening News and another inescapable leftist TV pundit know-it-all.

The old (and tired) argument that Obama is just a regular guy.

No, Toobin, Obama is the President and THE key defender of the Constitution (remember that oath thingy he took on January 20, 2009?).

He is NOT "like all Americans". We will make him "like all Americans" on January 20, 2013. But until then, he has to be a leader with big Constitutional responsibilities. And he cannot make irresponsible public statements to express himself.

Really, Tobin? You want to go with that?

Tobin’s hero Obumble tries to practice Chicago thuggery on the Supreme Court, and Tobin the Kool-Aid drinker gives that a thumbs up?

“...however, the president, like all Americans, enjoys the right to express himself on what the court should do in that or any other case.”

What sort of disingenuous claptrap is this? The President is not like every other powerless American and when he speaks it is with the threat of the force he can bring to bear.

Tobin needs to be taken to the woodshed.

The left is digging that hole so deep now that while it soothes the illiterati in their base, the rest of the country sees the implied threat and consequent attempts at coverup.

For my part, I say keep it up. Keep talking. I’m really pleased. Keep exposing yourselves because at this point, it is obvious.

But apparently "that right to express himself" doesn't extend to the Fifth Circuit, douchebag? er, Toobin?

Look, Jeffy's mad because Sam & Nino have decided to draw a line in the sand on the Commerce Clause and limit its heretofore unregulated powers. That means a lot of planned Leftist garbage will never pass muster.

One of the first best things people can do for their country is to shut off the television - and keep it off.

Use the time you normally waste praying and working to save the republic.
