If this country is so determined to pass “racial incitement” laws a la Europe, they need go no further than this; it is a prime example, and it was designed to kill people (as always happens when the urban black underclass is stirred up - even if most of the resulting dead are black).
Maybe a lawyer can chime in on this. In a potential civil lawsuit would NBC’s prior transgressions such as the Richard Jewell case and the “exploding Ford pickup truck gas tanks” be admissable as evidence of a pattern of behavior on the part of NBC?

The word on the street is that the order to edit the tape for maximum destructive value came down from Comcast. Comcast has a political interest in inciting nationwide riots.
No surprise that this fails the common sense test.
If NBC couldn’t prevent such an obvious act of deceit why should they be entitled to any confidence that they can gather news internally?

No such oversight exists in the Trayvon Martin editing scandal. Asking NBC to investigate its “journalistic ethics and integrity” is an oxymoron.
Famous bank robber Willie Sutton, when asked why he robbed banks answered, “because that's where the money is,” Now imagine Willie robbing the NBC piggy bank and then NBC hiring Sutton to audit the loss because “he was familiar with our product.” RIGHT!
How do you get a jury for a civil trial, without any N.B.C. worshiping individuals on it?

That means they are pretending to look into to it
while staling for enough time. Hopefully, the next public outrage ( which there are many if anyone if half paying attention)will cause people to forget about it.
