“For him to say it is unprecedented to overturn a law passed by a democratically elected Congress is intellectually dishonest bizarrely bug nuts cow jumping over the moon out to lunch with Mr. Limpet acid trip scratching at imaginary insects Charles Manson on a bad day searching for life’s answers in a SoBe bottle cap crazy!!!”
TigersEye, you are a poet! Laughed out loud! Thank you, my friend.

He took the oath twice....There was a mild mixup in the words the fist time although they were all recited. He used Lincoln's bible.
The second time that he took the oath, there was no bible used....So is he really President??

:-) In case I wasn’t clear; he ain’t right in the head!

It would be unprecedented! It would be the first time the Supreme Court got to turn down a law that is 100% socialist. Never before have the people of this country been treated like Soviet citizens. Let us hope that we will not now. The Supreme Court has it within its power to kill this monstrosity. I hope they do. If not, we have lost our freedom.

This law transforms Americans from citizens to subjects of their government. Damn right that’s “unprecedented”. King George III held that We should remain subjects.....
.King Obama is merely picking up where George dropped the ball. Healing old wounds and all that.

I have to go along with what JVeritas said. Maybe he got word that the ruling is likely to go in his favor and is simply posturing.
It would be a major risk to make such statements only to have the whole situation rise up and smack him in the face.
While he could still do damage, if the nazi-care act is thrown out, his administration will implode within weeks.

No statement is a risk when the LSM covers for you.

Did he? Did he really take the oath of office, on record? Just wondering...
Inasmuch as the meme is that he was administered the oath of office *twice*, one of those times being 'privately', ie, not in public with myriad witnesses and cameras rolling, one should, indeed, wonder...
