President Barack Obama took an opening shot at conservative justices on the U.S. Supreme Court on Monday, warning that a rejection of his sweeping healthcare law would be an act of "judicial activism" that Republicans say they abhor.
Obama, a Democrat, had not commented publicly on the Supreme Court's deliberations since it heard arguments for and against the healthcare law last week.
Known as the "Affordable Care Act" or "Obamacare," the measure to expand health insurance for millions of Americans is considered Obama's signature domestic policy achievement.
A rejection by the court would be a big blow to Obama going into the November 6 presidential election.
Republican presidential candidates, who are vying to take on Obama in November elections, have promised to repeal the law if one of them wins the White House.
Obama's advisers say they have not prepared contingency plans if the measure fails. But the president -- who expressed confidence that the court would uphold the law -- made clear how he would address it on the campaign trail if the court strikes down the law.

Mark Simone on radio the other day brought this up. Obama majored in constitutional law, taught constitutional law. So it's the ONE area he has any expertise or experience. And his biggest legislative accomplishment is under fire for being unconstititional.
His point being that if Obama has screwed up the one thing he supposedly actually knows anything about, imagine what a screwup he is on other topics.
Well, the Narcissist in Chief sure has a funny way of persuading the 'thumbs down' Justices to see things his way. As usual, he's arrogantly offended them with his thuggish comments, and probably didn't even notice.
Watch him act all surprised when the whole thing goes down in flames.

Yet more proof of the thumb on the scale. He learned about the USC the same way you watch game tapes of your opponent. You can’t defeat it if you don’t at least know what you are trying to destroy.

I find Mark Simone to be an excellent commentator on subjects with which he's well versed, but in some cases, he's less well-informed than your average Democrat sheeple. This is one of them.
Obama was never a "professor", and is not an "expert" on Constitutional Law. It's not an area that he has any expertise in. There have literally been reams of data posted on this website that utterly refute that claim.
It's nothing more than an overblown liberal propagandist's exaggeration of his college and university track, meant to burnish his woefully thin credentials, and has no basis in fact.
You and I know more about the US Constitution than Obama ever has, or ever will.
Guess I should throw it the cowardly, gutless GOP Establishment that never stands up to him.
