So Barry is calling the Supreme Court justices an “unelected group of people”?
What about Kagan and Sotomayer, his “unelected” picks? Are they included?

A 7th-grader could tell you the Supreme Court has the power to overturn an act of Congress.
This is alarming because of the mindset behind it. HE’s in charge, and what HE says, goes. Separation of Powers doesn’t apply in his mind if it opposes his will.

He’s preaching to his ignorant base. “Yeah! Unelected! What nerve!”
I worry that all this unconstitutional action and rhetoric will end up casting the actual Constitution in a bad light when it prohibits the handouts that some people want.

If it was 5-4 for striking it down before, it’s 7-2 now. SCOTUS does NOT like to be told how to rule.

If the Congress passed a law that was unconstitutional, then it should be overturned.

Yeah, he’s threatening the court, but come on. Republicans/conservatives aren’t exactly squeaky clean when it comes to playing the “judicial activism” and “unelected officials” cards when court decisions don’t go our way.
To: bolobaby
oh right after that secret vote by the court you can bet Kagan was on the phone calling her boss what and how the results and and who voted how went
