I’m pretty sure I learned more about the US Constitution in 3rd grade than Whatshisname knows right now. I am still struggling to find the right word to describe him. Most of the usual derogatory terms that might be used here are way too kind.
It would help him on the contraception issue—he would have reassured his base that he cares about their concerns, and get the Catholic bishops to shut up since they would be off the hook.

Not really. She is violating the law by not recusing, we all know it. Regardless of how she votes. Her prior actions tell us HOW she’d vote, because you can’t but know her bias, but the fact she’s clearly and unambiguously violating the law by not recusing herself given her known work history on this issue, is the thing people are objecting to. The fact her bias is known is only bad for one side, but the violation of the law not recusing herself due to her former SG position defending this law, THAT cannot be taken out by a “paranoid and delusional” attack from the left.
They always try and end justifies the means argument. In this case you say the left will say it doesn’t matter, she voted against it. I say it matters because we’re objecting not to the outcome of the vote, but that she voted at all and violated the law by not recusing herself.
In short it’s a bigger issue than how she votes. The big beef is that she’s voting at all. No respect for law on her part. She is a lawbreaker. On our top court.
I can’t say I trust Romney on judges but we would have leverage with him. If there are any vacancies on the Supreme Court during the next 4 years, the worst he might give us would be another Sandra Day O’Connor “moderate,” whereas Obama would pick hardline leftists in the Kagan mold...or worse. Particularly in his first term, a President Romney would have to listen to conservatives to get their support in 2016, whereas Obama would be even more defiant and hostile than he has been so far.
Given the mental capacity she’s demonstrated, her brother may be a doctor who is looking forward to “practicing” under Obamacare. Be a lot easier to give pain pills and write end of life orders, then get bonuses for saving the hospital resources.

The major problem with THE NINE SUPREMES is that they are chosen for political reasons by the POTUS, and then they vote as an un-accountable democracy, for a Nation that is NOT a Democracy, but a REPUBLIC.
As a result, THE NINE SUPREMES commonly vote 5 to 4 on most issues. Constitutionality is seldom a consideration, and their up-coming ruling on Obama”care” will prove my point.
Now is the time to stand and deliver to address our grievances to the dictates of the Left.

Our ONLY chance to ABOLISH Obama”care” rests with THE NINE SUPREMES, because Romney will be defeated by Obama.
IMHO, if Romney is anointed as the RNC Nominee, THE main issue in the National Election, Obama”care,” will be taken off the campaign table. Hence, Romney will not only lose, but suffer another crushing, and sadly typical, RINO defeat.

To those who want poster ideas, here are a few ideas for demonstration posters:
Obama”care” was robo-signed by Congress, and is therefore illegal.
Obama”care” was 2409 pages long, and is still being written, but not by Congress: witness the forced contraception coverage recently added by HHS Regulators.
Obama”care” has caused “The Catholic Spring.”
Obama”care” reduces competition, and therefore is illegal by the 1890 Sherman Anti-Trust Law.
Obama”care” is designed to be a US Federal Government monopoly, with no competition.
Obama”care” also is illegal according to the US Constitution, because it violates our freedom of choice.
Will THE NINE SUPREMES notice any of these three violations? I seriously doubt it.
BTW, impeached Bill Clinton proved that the US President is above US Federal Law, so anything that the President wants he gets, regardless of the Federal Laws that he has violated.
...and this POS has the unmitigated gall to question the Supreme Court.
