[history]
**I think Obama, in his post-summit (Mexico, US, Canada) TV appearance, just told the US Supreme Court how to vote on the Obamacare issue.**
President Obama, employing his strongest language to date on the Supreme Court review of the federal health care overhaul, cautioned the court Monday against overturning the law -- while repeatedly saying he's "confident" it will be upheld.
The president spoke at length about the case at a joint press conference with the leaders of Mexico and Canada. The president, adopting what he described as the language of conservatives who fret about judicial activism, questioned how an "unelected group of people" could overturn a law approved by Congress.
"I'm confident that the Supreme Court will not take what would be an unprecedented, extraordinary step of overturning a law that was passed by a strong majority of a democratically elected Congress," Obama said.
The Supreme Court spent three days hearing arguments last week in four separate challenges to the health care law, which stands as the president's signature domestic policy accomplishment. A central challenge was over the individual mandate -- the requirement that Americans buy health insurance. Critics say the mandate is unconstitutional, and that the federal government cannot force people into the insurance marketplace.

Let me give you a clue, you marxist bastard....how about if the *law* is unconstitutional....?
Does that work for ya....?
I really hope the Supremes let him have it for publicly humiliating them in a State of the Union Address.

Most likely the vote was 5-4 to kill Obamacare. Should one of the 5 suffer a fatal "accident" or "heart attack" or "assassination by a right winger" before the final ruling, a new vote would be required. This would result in a 4-4 tie, thereby preserving Obamacare. Or the case might be reheard after a replacement is appointed by Obama and the Democrat Senate. This is why the House is not merely authorized but REQUIRED to impeach a criminal president like the one we have.

How did an unelected group of people strike down California's prop 187? Or create abortion rights? Or create a Miranda warning out of thin air? Or decide that CO2 can be regulated? Or create a right to gay marriage? Etc., etc., etc.
I think he is too stupid to realize how ridiculous he is. He has been in a bubble for his whole life. It is about to burst.

"The prospect of tyranny may not grab the headlines the way vivid stories of gun crime routinely do. But few saw the Third Reich coming until it was too late. The Second Amendment is a doomsday provision, one designed for those exceptionally rare circumstances where all other rights have failed where the government refuses to stand for reelection and silences those who protest; where courts have lost the courage to oppose, or can find no one to enforce their decrees. However improbable these contingencies may seem today, facing them unprepared is a mistake a free people get to make only once."

By the way did anyone see the miles-wide object that may have just flown over the midwest?
I hope this presages an extraterrestrial attack which will destroy all human life on the planet in the next ten days. That way I won't have to finish my tax returns.

What good would that do? The HR can impeach the president all they want, but it is the Senate that tries, convicts, and removes from office. You need 67 votes in the Senate to remove someone from office. At present there are 47 Republicans. Please list by name the 20 Demonrat Senators that will vote to convict.

Dictator Obama would bully the court and try to intimidate the justices if they disobey him or disregard his warning.
The law is what Obama says it is, not the court, not the congress.
Bullying and intimidation prove Obama has the power to impose his will.
At what point will we have had enough?

The Roberts Court would do well to remember when obammy spoke down to them at the State of the Union speech a few years ago and put this marxist punk in his place which holds one third the power in this gub mint.

The Justices voted last Friday so they have already made their decision and it is documented. Currently they are writing their memos on the reasons for their decision. They do have the option of changing their opinion up until June.

Screw Obama. The real question is, will nine black-robed oligarchs have the courage to honor their oaths of office and protect the Constitution. We know probably four who will betray their oath and their country. The other five, who knows.
