Remember there was a report that when Kagan and Sotomotor joined the court, that Kennedy was wary because he didn’t want to be associated with such extremist views. Can’t remember where I saw it, but Rush mentioned it.
If we win it all Kagan needs to be impeached for not recusing herself.
