This idiot that Rush is talking about on the court ruling is a friggen idiot! How easily the idiots forgets the so-called controversial ruling against the very bipartisan campaign finance law. It not only reversed Congress, but it reversed 60 years of campaign finance regulations on money being or not being free speech in politics.

Well, I was getting depressed. I do remember the narrow split vote on Bush v. Gore (not the 7-2 important ruling, but the second ruling that they all quote).

But think back to Dred Scott and how the court was desperate to get one of the northern justices to vote for the abortion.
