Decapitation (guillotine type) is still a quicker death than hanging. If am not mistaken, sunnis/wahhabis (e.g. Saudis) still use decapitation (with a sword) as opposed to Iranian regime, who hang people, mind you, they both execute in full public view (unlike the Japs).
