Most Americans don't want the Supreme Court to completely overturn the landmark yet controversial 2010 federal health care reform law...a CNN/ORC International poll also indicates that while the two year old law is growing in popularity, especially among independent voters...
According to the poll, 43% of Americans approve of the law, up five points from last November, with 50% saying they disapprove, down six points from last autumn...

The health insurance mandate splits the public right down the middle, with a bare 51% majority of those questioned saying that they oppose it and 47% favoring the provision.
Here is a great part, which shows how lame this poll is...:
The CNN poll was conducted by ORC International Saturday and Sunday, with 1,014 adults nationwide questioned by telephone.
LOL. And it claims to have a 3% margin of error.
Here is a link to the "internals":

CNN does not appear to be releasing the INTERNALS OF THE POLLED INDIVIDUALS!
That is, how many Democrats vs. Republicans vs. Independents were questioned!
saw a Den congressman on TV , he said if it gets overturned they will take to the streets , streets are getting pretty crowded
Shirley CNN's not fibbing to us ? ?
“The survey indicates that 23% want the Supreme Court to leave the current law as is, with 43% saying some provisions should be overturned, and three in ten saying the justices should overturn the entire measure.”
is there a reason why they did not specifically spell out that 30% want the entire measure overturned?? (versus posting numerically that 23% want the law as is)....LOL at the criminal liberal media...
Clinton News Network in conjunction with Clinton’s very own best friend Vinod Gupta’s Opinion Research Corp, and WE are supposed to believe the “results”!?
Not here, and I’m sure FReepers everywhere are aware this is coordinated DNC/CNN/ORC BS.
I’m from England and now an American my family are still over there and trust me at every chance I get I tell people how bad this health care and how bad it is in England.
As for them taking to the streets, really , well they have the race pimps out there, the occupy flea wearers are waiting for order so that must mean the unions are now waiting to go.
Stop calling me Shirley and yes..they are. I loved Airplane!
In lib-speak, Americans are split down the middle. Of course, if the numbers were reversed, then Americans would be overwhelming in their support.

I saw a news report from CNN that quoted this poll...I cracked up. Had to go find it myself on the ‘net.
Garbage news...just garbage.
“And it claims to have a 3% margin of error. “
They get that from statistics. The reciprocal of the square of the sample size= margin.
1/(sqrt(1014))= .0314 or 3.1%.
CNN: A CNN poll of White House residents show that 75% believe that the Supreme Court should not overturn the law, while 25% believe that they should “Just get over it, and appoint me Supreme Ruler and get it over with.”
I wonder if the dems set this thing up to fail before the election? Maybe that was why they were so anxious to pass it “so they could find out what’s in it”? They predicted the timing of the appeals as they wound there way up to the supreme court.
Now the dem constituencies’ central issue is back on the front burner. Now they have a red flag to rally ‘round.
Was in a Waiting Room earlier and it had on Klintoon News network and the interviewer and interviewee both were visibly sad about the prospects staring at them.
“Do you speak jive? LOL”
I had the lasagna.
The key word is "completely."
Looks like I picked a bad day to quit amphetamines!! ;-)
“Most don’t want...completely overturned”? How much is ‘most’? Did they actually ask that question, or are they infering that answer from the fact that 5% more approve of the law than they did the last time the poll was taken? Since 50% still disapprove, that doesn’t even follow. And how much of the law do these ‘most’ want overturned and which provisions do they want kept? Even without looking at the internals, this spin piece is a joke.
If only I could opt out of Obamacare as easily as I was disqualified from a poll about it...
