Witness: Martin attacked Zimmerman

ORLANDO - A witness we haven't heard from before paints a much different picture than we've seen so far of what happened the night 17-year-old Trayvon Martin was shot and killed.

The night of that shooting, police say there was a witness who saw it all.

Well that video (undercover) was interesting. The guy sounds like a liberal mindset as well. And these people influence happenings around our nation. The enemy is in the house!

I thought I read Zimmermans father is also a retired magistrate judge?

Then why do you insist on finding Zimmer guilty since you admit you don’t know the facts?

The evidence will probably show thhat Zimmerman acted within the law. But the hell with the evidence. Who needs evidence when there are sages on this forum, the mainstream media, politicians,and professional race agiators to make the decision.

But as they say, every black cloud has a silver lining. We can now safely abolish the court and trial by jury system and use that money some other place because they are no longer needed. We now have wise men and women on this forum, the mainstream media, professional race agiators,to decide what is lawful and what is not. And while we are at it, let's abolish the police and law system because we now have the above mentioned sages to maks such decisions for us.

IMHO the left has arranged behind the scenes to recreate a Rodney King scenario which will result in race riots when Zimmermann is later exonerated by a white hispanic jury. This case has a purpose, to bully white/majority America into later not defending itslef from rioting and looting by minorities.The left continues to polarize and divide America in order to destroy it. The black population has been radicalized apace.It will explode this summer, according to the Obama plan in his election run up.

Yep, and I imagine all the OWS will be a large part of the action along with the Commies and all other hateful groups who should all leave the country IMO.

You'd think people would have a life to live rather than be the MAmbi robots, ready and willing to rise when he says jump.

This will surely distract from the peril this country is in and Bambi will somehow be the "hero" once again.

Someday the black community will realizze they are simply like the Palestinians....there when you need to make a fuss about nothing.

Fortunately there are some black people who are equally tired of this bullcrap...I'm fortunate to know a few. Even they say it's impossible to talk to the community as a whole because there life is about staying on the government dole.

Let's not forget the Lacrosse guys who were also falsely accused....the whole affair was media driven and throughout these fellows were assumed guilty when in fact proved others wise.

All it says is that Zimmerman was getting pounded, there was a bang, and Martin was dead.

That confirms Zimmerman's version of the story and is, likely, why police didn't arrest him.

If a jury finds that Zimmerman initiated the violence

Zimmerman is presumed innocent, though, and it doesn't appear it can be proven that he did.

Self-defense on the part of Martin doesn't give him the right to beat Zimmerman into a coma. At some point, Zimmerman had the right to save his own life even if he initiated the conflict.

If the witness's testimony holds, it will be very difficult to get a conviction. That, unfortunately, probably won't stop any riots that occur afterward thanks the the racial tension Obama and Democrats are stirring up.

Try reading FR threads, there is a witness that saw the whole thing, his first name is John and he doesn't want his last name released.

Nope. John just said that he saw Zimmerman losing the fight. Not how the fight started.

All the released documents are out there to be read. I read them.

If you read an actual transcript of anyone's statement that says they witnessed Martin attack Zimmerman then please post it.

Nope, the police stated that there was not enough evidence to get an indictment...not that they believed that Martin attacked Zimmerman. There's a big difference....just ask OJ.

Anyone notice that the MSM is running non-stop pictures of sweet, innocent 12 year old Trayvon, but you hardly ever see pics of Zimmerman.

Why? Because Zimmerman doesn't look in the least bit "white". If I met him, I'd immediately think he was Latino. If the media and race pimps want a "race war" it's going to end up Black vs. Hispanic, (bad for libs, not nice to piss off a big part of your base and lose Hispanics to the republican party) NOT Black v. White, (good for libs, helps keep Jesse and Al in clover and on TV).

Someone I know on another forum found Martin’s FB page and copied two photos, which Phil Dragoo (courtesy ping) is using. Those two photos and many more were subsequently scrubbed. I don’t have the url for that FB page. Another intersting possibility - speculation only - is - how recently were all these Martin FB pages created?

Remember the the guy who shot Giffords and killed the girl and the judge? A nice new FB making him out to be a Tea Party type was created after the fact. Perhaps people with tech knowledge can check all the T. Martin FB pages and find out when they were created.

I disagree. Police and prosecutors evidently have a witness, and Zimmerman's account immediately following the incident, and forensics (ie bruises, contusions, and an autopsy), plus the 911 call. It may have been a dark and rainy night, but there is probably ample evidence available for possible charges or a determination justifying non-prosecution. So far it is the latter.
But mounting public pressure including the huge national "racism" allegations, might bring this forward -- and not necessarily based on strong and compelling evidence. Thanks to Obama, and ill-advised comments by ex-Gov's Barbour and Jeb Bush among a host of others for their own vapid purposes: Jesse Jackson, Farakahn, Sharpton, etc., etc.
