ORLANDO - A witness we haven't heard from before paints a much different picture than we've seen so far of what happened the night 17-year-old Trayvon Martin was shot and killed.
The night of that shooting, police say there was a witness who saw it all.

LOL, because they don’t report students for crime unless it is a severe assualt. This kid is likely a thief based on that evidence and he probable casing of the neighborhood.
Problem is he didn’t like getting interrupted and decided to attack a guy that has a legal permit to carry a gun. If he would have just hit the guy and left, he’d be back thieving again. Unfortunate, for him.
Unfortunate for Zimmerman, he will get caught up in the Democrat Machine Whirlpool of activating their base for the elections.
Hey, maybe we should shut this witness up, since we all know Zimmerman is GUILTY.
It's also interesting to note that the MSM has not obtained any photos of Zimmerman that would have been taken at the police station the night he was booked.......They of course would add credence to the fact that Zimmerman was indeed attacked by the kid.
Neither “side” (for lack of a better word) is doing anyone any good. We need facts. The title, “Witness: Martin attacked Zimmerman” without offering anything to back up that statement is just as bad Rev Al whoring it.
The State of Florida has fearfully named a special prosecutor who will in her sole discretion can conduct the investigation and arrest Zimmermann. There is no grand jury to protect the accused. The special prosecutor is female with show trial experience, Angela B. Corey, with a tough reputation, and a Republican.
IMHO the left has arranged behind the scenes to recreate a Rodney King scenario which will result in race riots when Zimmermann is later exonerated by a white hispanic jury.
This case has a purpose, to bully white/majority America into later not defending itslef from rioting and looting by minorities.The left continues to polarize and divide America in order to destroy it. The black population has been radicalized apace.It will explode this summer, according to the Obama plan in his election run up.

Florida Gov. Rick Scott has appointed a special prosecutor to investigate the case. State Attorney Angela B. Corey will replace Seminole-Brevard County State Attorney Norm Wolfinger who recused himself after discussing the case with Scott. He requested the special prosecutor in a letter in which he said he was making the move “with the intent of toning down the rhetoric and preserving the integrity of this investigation.”

If this was a cop who shot him, law enforcement would take his gun, give a urine sample and put him on adminisrative leave until the thing was sorted out. “Unfortunately this has gone too far” The reason? Zimmerman’s statement ‘was good enough’ and he walked away. I don’t care what color the kid was, that’s some accountability the Police have in Sanford Florida. Now we’ll see if he can convince a jury. All the race baiting and protests are now the result because it went too far? No because it didn’t go far enough to begin with IMO.
According to a police update “the deceased was identified as another resident of the community.” If he did not live there, I take this to mean either his father or his father’s fiance lived in the complex.

Granted, Zimmerman may have scared this kid, but by many accounts Zimmerman was headed back to his truck and not bothering the kid at the point he was jumped, according to the 911 calls at least.
No matter how pissed you are about someone following you, you don't have the right to follow them and start beating on them.
If Zimmerman threw the first punch then the kid was acting in self defense, but I bet the kid was simply being true to the culture he was born into and was trying to teach someone not to "diss" him, followed Zimmerman and jumped him. My Opinion and I have the right to it.
Then you and I are of the same opinion and I'm sticking with yours........
Time for a Elementary school, led by some angry progress teacher, to write a song about Martin, Obama’s adopted son, and his heroic struggles to be a good kid in a hoodie.
A kid who fearlessly walked through strange neighborhoods to spread the message of “hope” and “peace”
