Rep. Cliff Stearns, a senior Republican investigating the White House’s Solyndra energy loan guarantee, told reporters today that he is still, despite all evidence to the contrary, not convinced that President Barack Obama’s birth certificate is valid.
“I am, shall we say, looking at all the evidence,” Stearns, R-Fla., said at the Capitol today, just weeks after he waded back into the debate during a town hall meeting with constituents last month.
Asked if he thinks the president’s birth certificate is authentic, Stearns suggested the issue is not settled for him personally yet, as first reported by the Hill and Roll Call. Before coming to a conclusion, Stearns says he is awaiting the results of another independent investigation by Maricopa County [Ariz.] Sheriff Joe Arpaio, who claims he has proof the birth certificate is a “computer-generated forgery.”
“We are just going to hold in abeyance a final decision until we hear [an outcome],” Stearns said. “Some of these people seem to have legitimate concerns, so I don’t think it is unreasonable just to see what they have to say.”

So, we have a SS number and SS application that are fraudulent and a forgery. We also have a fake, fraudulent, forged copy of a birth certificate. Are not fraud and forgery felonies? Do we have a felonious illegal alien in the White House? This is a serious academic question.
Can someone please explain why the SS number can't pass E-Verify? Sheriff Joe, Orly Taitz, Linda Jordan, Danae, Debbie Schlussel and many others are working on this. This should be viral on the Internet. Where are our Tea Party Representatives on this? Where is Trump on this? What about your representative and senator?
If there has been an official serious response from the left on Obama failing E-Verify, I sure haven't seen it. If there is, please enlighten me. If not, full bore investigations by Sheriff Joe and others will continue. Hats off to Sheriff Joe! Go get em' Joe!

If his concerns were real, he wouldn’t have to wait on Joe or anyone. That’s just an excuse.
As a EE and aerospace engineer by education and experience, Stearns is taking the correct, logical stand on the forensic evidence, which ultimately will be scientific and not political...just like the spume on the blue dress! Just as we had to wait for the DNA to come back on the stain, we must wait for Barry's original SSSR form and LFBC documents to be examined.
IMO, any genuine conservative would do exactly what Stearns is doing, i.e. wait for the results of the Arpaio investigation. Arpaio, himself, is waiting for the results of his own incomplete investigation.

There is so much evidence that the president has lied about his birth and other aspects of his personal history, that to NOT be a birther would be wacko.
The huge question now is: What is causing most of the media, including conservative members, to not report or discuss these questions? Is something scaring them?
Right now, today, the AG of AZ would be completely justified in throwing Obama off the AZ Ballot. In fact, it is the man's job.
Any reasonable person would have to concede that there is doubt ... or at least call it "some legitimate concern" ... as to Obama's bona fides. Take him off the ballot. Let him come forward as a PLAINTIFF. Have court-appointed experts examine the documents in question. Win lose or draw, that case would go SCOTUS and we can have our questions answered ... maybe not the way we want ... but we can't run the country this way, as we all can see.
Stearns? Don't know the guy, but he could be playing to the gallery. The AZ AG OTOH, needs no one's permission to do his job of vetting candidate qualifications.

This is typical MSM Pravda-style journalism, obviously intended to paint Congressman Stearns as some kind of fool who is out of touch with reality. The truth of the matter is that there is no scientific evidence whatsoever that the BC image which appeared on the WH web site last April was a that of a scanned image of a bona fide document. Rather than Stearns or Sheriff Arpaio, it's these MSM hacks, like the anonymous author(s) of the posted story, who are the purveyors of disinformation on the subject.

When the investigators talk about "layers" they are talking about combining different images into one. For a simple example when I sign an image I can sign anywhere on the image, then move the text around until it is where I want it.The text exists in a separate moveable layer until I "merge" or "flatten" the image.
The B.C. forgers were working with different software than is used for photographs but the principles and techniques are related. They did not expect close scrutiny and expert analysis and the careless flaws and errors show.
Erm... is this a pointed reference to me? What I published at Pravda is the simple fact based truth. I could not have published it here in the United States. I have gotten a lot of flack for it, including from the owner of this site. Ironically I face more censorship here on this site than I did at Pravda. Collectively, THIS has my “Irony” meter pegged so hard over the needle broke.
Or purposely left that way. There are some that believe the forger was pointing to Alvin as the director of the forgery with X and smiley face.
