Proof PR should never be granted statehood.

What you said, Nana. Not to mention the real “inevitable” spouting Romneybots are sure coming out tonight. They cleverly won’t say a thing in support of Newt Gingrich, but sure have praise for the inevitability for a Romney coronation, or take unbridled glee in a Santorum loss in Puerto Rico, call it what you will, but I just don’t think these people are regular, active Freepers in most cases, reviewing posting histories, and as RINO sleepers must have just activated their FR accounts from the basement of the RNC just in time. We saw this with McCain exactly in this same fashion four years ago. Republican-Firsters.

(If Free Republic morphs into a supportive site for Romney, I'll conclude my 13 year participation.)

They do vote in the general election. It is added to popular votes.
Do you have a link to their popular vote totals for 2008? I’d appreciate it if you do, thanks.

Do you think it was something to do with Santorum saying that Puerto Rico should learn English?

Somebody else just posted that PR is always overwhelmingly for the establishment candidate, so PR is a joke. I thought it was like a regular state. Nothing to see here, just more establishment Republicans pulling the lever for Romney trying to convince somebody that matters that people like him.

Four years ago McCain won PR with 95% of the vote.
The place loves Democrats and RINOs.

Drudge has a goofy picture of Santorum on his site now.....and a nice pic of Romney's wife.

“Hello? Puerto Rico? Do you have Prince Albert in the can? Well, you’d better let him out, he’s done going to the bathroom! Hahahahahahahahahaha!” Matt Drudge - nobody tore off lottery tickets like Matt Drudge.

Whose popular vote does it go to? Texas,? Florida? Puerto Rico voting in the general election just to add to the popular vote makes no since at all.

Romney will arrive with strong majorities in delegations from MA, VT, CA, CT, NJ, NY, ...in other words, states where the GOP has virtually no chance of carrying.

(Santorum: 18-point loss, voted for Sotomayor, proposed $550M on top of $900M Amtrak budget...)
Romney posted on Youtube & stated the PR governor told them he won. Maybe Drudge gets the first call.
