This reminds me of something I read . . . about an avowed leftist who went to Cuba. She toured a mental institution, and after seeing the conditions there she gushed about the patients there (political prisoners) who had been given lobotomies—noting how lucky they were to have been given COMMUNIST lobotomies. So could Maher also use “N” word without recrimination since he is a comedian? Or is it that you can call women names but not African Americans. How does this actually work? It is hard to get clear on the rules. Why did Michael Richards (Kramer) get into trouble? It seems certain approved people can say certain approved things that others can’t say based on the whim of the left and how useful or not it is to them to allow/disallow. Got it.
