Ugly, ugly, ugly form of "conservatism" on display on this thread, going a long way to explaning how and why the GOP is the "stupid" party, and WHY Rush apologized. Rush is a righteous Christian, and as such, was right to apologize for publicly naming a fellow human being a slut and, worse, a whore. That so-called "Christians" didn't see this coming the moment he uttered the words, is perplexing and depressing.

I know. My mom is an audiologist and worked at House for many years. But Rush reads the captions and of course all print / online material and doesn’t use the osmosis of the typical hearing to pick up name pronunciations. He lways makes a strong effort to pronounce names right.

After giving-up alcohol and regular mixers (300-500cal/glass), I lost 86lbs.

Sweet! I’ll have to try them. I don’t drink frequently enough to give up alcohol, but I did give up soda and lost quite a bit of weight. Now I have to find something else to give up to maintain the weight loss. lol.

Just found some carbonated 0 cal soda I really like this weekend, "Sparkling Ice", at the grocery and can buy it cheaper at Amazon especially if you subscribe. Try it next time you go to the grocery.
