MoveOn.org, America Coming Together and Democracy for America, all three listed here as George Soros funded groups, the latter set up by Howard Dean. Texans for Truth also drew Mr. Friend's support. This group, according to Wikipedia, was set up by MoveOn.org spin-off Drive Democracy.org in 2004. Why? To… wait for it… challenge then-President Bush's service in the Texas National Guard. The precise same stunt for which CBS fired Dan Rather after documents were discovered to have been forged. The Bush-Cheney campaign said of Texans for Truth that it was "a smear group launching baseless attacks on behalf of John Kerry's campaign that will be rejected by the American people." They were. But that didn't quench Mr. Friend's affection for either the smear campaign or supporting leftist candidates such as Howard Dean, and John Kerry.
And get a load of this. Take a look right here at Ed "Laura Ingraham is a slut" Schultz's site for his radio show. Who is listed as a Schultz sponsor? That's right: Carbonite. Like Rush Limbaugh, Ed Schultz apologized. The difference? If Rush uses the word "slut" to illustrate the absurdity of the left-wing Sandra Fluke's views -- David Friend is outraged. But when Ed Schultz refers in hostile fashion out of the blue to conservative and Catholic Laura Ingraham as a "slut" -- hey, no big deal for Carbonite......

After reading the linked article, I’ve come to the decision that I will be reevaluating every purchase I make into the future. I cannot go on buying what’s easy or comfortable or usual. I will be looking into my insurance carrier, my bank, my food store, my pharmacy, my oil company, my clothing makers, my subscriptions - in fact, everything. I will not continue to accidentally finance the enemies of my children and my country.

make sure that you have your movies backed up.
They exclude video files by default, and you have to actively set them to be backed up.
I like your style - I just deactivated my automatic renewal. Their refund policy will not allow refunds on subscriptions already paid.
But make them pay. Backup all your blue-rays.

Well, of the ones you named, I use none. I buy flowers locally and drive a wonderful Toyota Camry. As for Sleep #, I have a Sealy that I love. :)
We need a comprehensive list of the blackballers so we have it handy in case we accidentally use on of those advertisers!

There should be a advertiser that is solidly and unapologetically conservative/pro-Contitutional Republic?
Their slogan could be something like,’No Squish Just Good Stuff”
Their commercial would mock tree huggers,Solar factories,OWS, and Volt owners

To do that you need to have your tv totally disconnected.
I did it a couple of years ago. Life is much better without it for me. I never think about TV at all.
Rush's BIG mistake: he apologized when none was needed.
I believe HBO is a “premium” channel. I think you can cancel it separately. It would be great to do some damage to Bill Mahr and HBO.

I tried shari’s berries ONCE purely on Rush’s endorsement. They were horrible. Will never, ever do something that stupid again.
The most obnoxious person I've heard on the issue is Peggy Noonan who has outlasted her relevancy.
