So, if the above is a felony that I have committed and am convicted of, then I can no longer possess or own a firearm. I think this is a reason for so many felony crime actions being legislated into state criminal law. So, if this is a criminal felony offense, will the Marshall on the airplane put me in handcuffs? Will the pilot then land the plane ASAP and have me escorted off the plane into the local arms of the law?
So, if under the circumstances, I have a problem with being detained by the Marshall on the plane, will the other passengers see this as a TERRORIST action and assist the flight attendant and the Marshall to subdue me and will a SWAT team be called to the airport that the pilot is now heading for?
