Were also talking to union leaders, were talking to our partners at labor who run the self-insured plans to figure out a strategy, And there you have it folks.

We intend to propose a rule in the near future on some implementation strategies that I think do exactly what the president says - which is make sure women have preventive health services and respect religious freedom," Women [and men] already have access to preventative health services. What ozero and his health-control law want to do is have other people pay for the preventative health services.
This has nothing to do with availability of health care. It already is available dammit.

Sebeastlius doesn’t get it: arbitrary rules that impact Constitutional rights are automatically unconstitutional; no matter how they change it, the fact that they can change it again next month makes it unconstitutional.
People can’t be left to wonder how extensive their rights are; a right that can be curbed tomorrow is nor right at all.

Ohhh, SURE she has reached out to “priests” allright. Cherry picked, fix-is-in Liberation theology, and sanctuary city type rebellious priests of the Father Cardenal and Father Miguel D’Escoto type in the Nicaragua Sandinista movement. Priests my left foot. Go talk to the AMERICAN BISHOPS AND CARDINALS, Frau Sebelius, Gesundheitsvorsorge-Reichminister. Sieg Heil!!

People can contracept to their heart's content already! What they want is for the rest of us to pay for it. I might be persuaded to go along with their plan if they apply it across all "rights".
Let me know when they are buying me a gun for my Second Amendment rights!

The choice facing the Church is clear.
Either the Bishops need to take to the pulpits loudly, firmly, and in one voice saying that “unless President Obama decides to reverse this policy, voting to re-elect him is tantamount to a sin”, or acquiesce and become irrelevant as the Church in Europe has done.
I frankly don’t think they have the stomach for what needs to be done.

Reading the posts, let's be careful we don't make this a "Catholic" issue, thereby playing into the Left's hands (and the leftist media, as well).
It's a religion and conscience freedom issue which cuts across all theologies and ideologies equally.

It seems odd that commpanies can be ordered to provide anything “free” of charge. Interesting how the word FREE means something completely different to the left than it does to those who love freedom. It must ever be stressed that there is no such thing as a product or service that is free. Someone else pays for it.

The ever-alert, beady eyes in the rodent-like visage of Madame Siberius at the top of this thread reminds me of those African meercats who pop up out of their dirt burrows one after another, stand on their hind legs, crane their necks....constantly and nervously scanning the horizon for impending peril from dangerous liberty-loving conservatives and Tea Partiers.

“A final rule on preventive services for women has already been issued, requiring employers to cover all FDA-approved contraception.”
If the rule is to require that women cost more for an employer, it is only fair to reduce their pay accordingly...
right? crickets.....
