I was shown this video with that caption, but I see it does not say that anywhere I can find on the Youtube video, so I take it that is incorrect.
I have never been in the service, actually I would not know that, I’m guessing it is because he is the Commander in Chief and you can’t say anything against that office? Thanks for the information.
