The gubmint and its ilk provides them reporters beaucoup de booze and plenty of cold cuts, cheesy stuff and crackers continuously until they are thoroughly addicted to rich and creamy condiments and crackers (as if they weren’t already) and then shovels the bologna for them to print. It’s a little more complicated for the TV crowd, because they have to show up on the set arguably sober more often than not. On the other hand, the drunken print reporters can eat, drink, and type (with spell check); thus their stuff gets to go on TV, being picked up without much fact-checking by the video madia. Hurrah for the journalism schools; they take the ones who would accept acceptance in their schools. corrupt them as much as they can, socialize them to be addicts, ever notice that journalism schools are seldom endowed by journalists?
If it was anti-American, the NYT would have reported it on their front page by now.
Just to be “first”.
Palin stubbed her toe and said a bad word.
I just wish they had a zip file where you can download all their so-called-files all at once instead of hunt and peck through them
Maybe it would be good if the people who are involved in Wikileaks were to meet a team 6 some night.
I dont know anymore,,even my heroes are found to be destroying this country.Who do we trust anymore? If wikileaks brings forth the truth, even if it damages us,,isnt it better to know?

Iraq really DID have WMDs, now SYRIA has them which is why we’re doing the no-fly zone over them.
John D. Rockefeller told Saddam to move’em out while there’s time.
so true.
Not to be contrary, but to the best of my knowledge, that is not true. There was a travel advisory for travel by US citizens to Pakistan at that time, but no outright ban.
I'll let others weigh in on the veracity (or lack thereof, as the case may be) of the rest of the material presented.
There was no US travel ban to Pakistan. Just required a visa which was not the easiest thing to get but could be done. Every now and then this is trotted out but it is just not true. It was on some kind of warning list (different word) as not so safe, but there was absolutely no ban.
0h0m0 didn’t go on a US passport though (at least not in his current name) since there it was stated that he had no US passport before becoming a Senator. I don’t know where this was found (no US passport) but it was on FR more than a few times.
