The Koran burnings ignited anti-Western fury. Thousands have taken to the streets and at least 27 people have been killed in the protests. Two other American soldiers were shot dead on Thursday by an Afghan national army soldier who joined the rallies.
“adding that the attacker’s actions “will not go unanswered”.
It will be answered...by another apology from our spineless, POS p-resident
I just watched a film clip of General Allen apologising to the Noble people of Afghanistan.
Turned my stomach.
Have we gotten an apology from Hamid Karzai yet??? Thought not.
Our bravest and best are being killed. We honor their sacrifice and pray for their families, friends and comrades-at-arms.
The talibans hollering for their f...g koran, the same who blew up hundreds-year-old Buddha statues.
The same Muslims who burn Christian churches in Nigeria with women and children INSIDE, who burned the Torah scrolls and destroyed Joseph Tomb in Israel, who kill and rape Christian girls in Egypt; this scum of the earth don’t deserve an apology from anyone, LEAST from the president of the United States.
Would now that worm occupier of the White House apologize to the families who lost their sons, brothers, husbands or fathers in Afghanistan, where he SENT them to die, killed by fanatic mob?
President Jerk-Ass issued a statement that America is very sorry the officers got in the way of tge Afghan bullets.
President Jerk-Ass issued a statement that America is very sorry the officers got in the way of tge Afghan bullets.
If the jackass-in-chief is going to bow and apologize to someone as corrupt as Karzai over something so stupid as the burning of paper with words on it, and our soldiers are killed over it, it is definately time for our guys to pack up, raise the middle finger and leave that piece of s*** country to its own self-destruction. Obama is acting just like Lyndon Johnson did, turning it into ‘Nam, and we all know how well that went...
Here’s n oldie from the so called human prisoner pyramid stories came out. “Letter of Apology” was written by Lieutenant General Chuck Pitman, US
Marine Corps, Retired:
I humbly offer my opinion here:
I am sorry that the last seven times we Americans took up arms and sacrificed the blood of our youth, it was in the defense of Muslims(Bosnia, Kosovo, Gulf War 1, Kuwait, etc.).
I am sorry that no such call for an apology upon the extremists came after
9/11.
I am sorry that all of the murderers on 9/11 were Islamic Arabs.
I am sorry that most Arabs and Muslims have to live in squalor under
savage dictatorships.
I am sorry that their leaders squander their wealth.
I am sorry that their governments breed hate for the US in their religious
schools, mosques, and government-controlled media.
I am sorry that Yassar Arafat was kicked out of every Arab country and
high-jacked the Palestinian “cause.”
I am sorry that no other Arab country will take in or offer more than a
token amount of financial help to those same Palestinians.
I am sorry that the USA has to step in and be the biggest financial
supporter of poverty stricken Arabs while the insanely wealthy Arabs blame
the USA for all their problems.
I am sorry that our own left wing, our media, and our own brainwashed
masses do not understand any of this (from the misleading vocal elements of
our society like radical professors, CNN and the NY TIMES).
I am sorry the United Nations scammed the poor people of Iraq out of the
“food for oil” money so they could get rich while the common folk suffered.
I am sorry that some Arab governments pay the families of homicide bombers
upon their death.
I am sorry that those same bombers are brainwashed thinking they will
receive 72 virgins in “paradise.”
I am sorry that the homicide bombers think pregnant women, babies,
children, the elderly and other noncombatant civilians are legitimate
targets.
I am sorry that our troops die to free more Arabs from the gang rape rooms
and the filling of mass graves of dissidents of their own making.
I am sorry that Muslim extremists have killed more Arabs than any other group.
I am sorry that foreign trained terrorists are trying to seize control of
Iraq and return it to a terrorist state.
I am sorry we don’t drop a few dozen Daisy cutters on Fallujah.
I am sorry every time terrorists hide they find a convenient “Holy Site.”
I am sorry they didn’t apologize for driving a jet into the World Trade
Center that collapsed and severely damaged Saint Nicholas Greek Orthodox
Church - one of our Holy Sites.
I am sorry they didn’t apologize for flight 93 and 175, the USS Cole, the
embassy bombings, the murders and beheadings of Nick Berg and Daniel Pearl,
etc....etc!
I am sorry Michael Moore is American; he could feed a medium sized village
in Africa.
We hang out our dirty laundry for the entire world to see. We move on.
That’s one of the reasons we are hated so much. We don’t hide this stuff
like all those Arab countries that are now demanding an apology.
Deep down inside, when most Americans saw this reported in the news, we
were like - so what? We lost hundreds and made fun of a few prisoners.
Sure, it was wrong, sure, it dramatically hurts our cause, but until
captured we were trying to kill these same prisoners. Now we’re supposed to
wring our hands because a few were humiliated?
Our compassion is tempered with the vivid memories of our own people
killed, mutilated and burnt amongst a joyous crowd of celebrating
Fallujahans.
If you want an apology from this American, you’re going to have a long
wait! You have a better chance of finding those seventy-two virgins.
If we had a REAL President, instead of that disgusting Kenyan porch monkey, we would bomb the living hell out of ALL of those savages and be done with them.
Yeah, but it is okay to murder Christians, outlaw and burn Bibles in muzzie countries. And they call this “religion” a religion of peace? More like pieces of bodies scattered around after the bombs go off.
The amazing thing is that it is usually not Republicans who denigrate religion anyway,I am not saying conservatives are all that fond of Muslims but I highly doubt anyone during the Bush years would have been stupid enough to burn a Koran in its host country.
The liberals’s own contempt for any kind of organized religion and their ignorance ultimately led to this.It is not that the actions of the Afghans are justified in any way,I doubt the officers or the soldiers killed had anything to do with the burning of the Koran and even if they did.......why prosecute them in the first place or kill them?
But again the liberal leadership failed to understand why you don’t mess with religious symbols and screwed everyone serving in this country.
Thank you God, for stationing my Marine son in Okinawa.
“Two American officers were shot dead at close range inside Afghanistan’s Interior Ministry on Saturday, “
Is barack hussein obama and hitlery passing out candy yet?
Pull out of Afghanistan and carpet bomb it with pork products. Threaten and follow through on leveling Mecca if there is any retaliation.
It’s time to end this now.
THIS IS WAR. Unfortunately, we have the worst possible president at the worst possible time.
In the end what is the USA military and taxpayer going to get out of our 10+++ years in Afghanistan? The Soviets learned, we didn’t. We never learned that defending corrupt governments and leader/dictator is never a reason to go to war. We need to defend the USA only and forget these alliances. But we can’t because the USA has been hijacked.
There is no way to fight a war by winning the hearts and minds of the people. It is counterproductive. Let the Afghan people fight it out as Americans did in our Civil War.
In reality in today’s asymmetric wars you can not win a war unless one is willing to expend a million to one ratio in offense versus that with which the embedded population expends on insurgent defense. In the end what is won?
Let’s get the hell out of Afghanistan and try to keep in mind the absurdity of going to war without a mission. Either keep our nose out of world affairs and bring the USA back from indebtedness or add a 25% war surtax to every corporation and individual that will then ascertain our commitment.
