During an interview with WAGA, President Obama attempted to make excuses for his failed promise to cut the deficit in half by the end of his first term in office.

“BECAUSE THE RECESSION WAS DEEPER THAN I THOUGHT”
Much like his BS.
so his stimulus should have solved that
So Obama admits he was wrong about the recession. What else is he wrong about? Possibilities are endless.
OK....so. Let’s say you’re an idiot who says he’ll do something everyone knows you can’t. And as an excuse, you’ll say you were ignorant of something that everyone else knew, even though your job is such that you - out of everyone - should know it first.
How does that explain if you subsequently do the exact opposite of what you said you’d do - several times over - even though you know it to be destructive to future millions of Americans?
The list, Ping
Let me know if you would like to be on or off the ping list
So instead he doubled the deficit, but that is not really fair because CONGRESS RUNS THE SHOW, either way THROW ALL THE BUMS OUT.
He was running as President of the U.S. and had access to the best information possible. So his statement makes no sense. The numbers speak for themselves
He should have slashed the deficit to ZERO because of the recession!!!
Of the few times he was in attendance, he led no meaningful legislation and he just voted, “present”.
OBAMA: I COULDNT CUT THE DEFICIT IN HALF BECAUSE THE RECESSION WAS DEEPER THAN I THOUGHT
Finnally...an admission that he was in over his head...
He lies like a rug
Funny, Harding and Coolidge could do it. But they didn’t want to fundamentally change America.
This is why it is so important for the Dems and the media to ensure Newt doesn’t get the nomination. It would put to gtround any notion that socialism works.
OK, the recession was deeper than he thought - because he made the deficit worse, making the recession worse than he thought.
This sounds like circular reasoning to me.
If his mouth was moving it’s a safe bet he was lying...ALL THE TIME. :(
He was running as President of the U.S. and had access to the best information possible. So his statement makes no sense. The numbers speak for themselves”
Of course it makes sense...he was in over his head. ANOTHER piece of the puzzle as to why no college transcripts...he was studying how to overthrow the government, not help it.
Indeed. However, don't members of both houses push the buttons for their colleagues when not actually there, voting per their instructions? Even in that situation, the button "present" was pushed. A sitting senator wasting a seat, biding his time until he could inflict damage from the oval office.
