Having expressed herself thusly as a USSC Justice, it is incumbent on Ginsberg to retire from the USSC forthwith because if she doesn’t understand that she is undermining the US legal system with such statements, she should at least realize that she will never make any headway in subverting the judicial branch with such tactics.
What was shocking is that Justice Ginsberg also said in this interview that the Constitution has three Articles, when in reality it has SEVEN Articles. It should be surprising, but I guess it's not considering the source. She's an ignoramus.

I think she chose the wrong career path. It must be a shame to not be able to appreciate the elegance, idealism, and genius of the
constitution. Of course, one has to respect human freedom to believe this, have some level of empathy for others. I think that this is the cornerstone of the liberal mind, this lack of empathy for others based on
fear or disgust of others.

This would make a wonderful campaign issue for Gingrich.
In 2009 Ginsburg said abortion was necessary to decrease unwanted populations. Well, that takes care of life and liberty....

This is really scary for our Republic that a SCOTUS justice who is paid by us to uphold our Constitution would even think this, much less say that.
