"See below what I received from FNC Carl Cameron! This is really wild! More possible Florida election problems?"
Tampa, FL Floridas primary might not be over just yet.
The Newt Gingrich campaign is gearing up to challenge the results of the florida primary based on the Republican National Committees own rules which state that no contest can be winner take all prior to April 1, 2012. (See attached RNC memo.)
The Gingrich campaign plans to challenge Floridas winner take all status & demand proportional allocation of delegates.
Fox News has learned that Thursday, a Florida Gingrich campaign official will begin the process of trying to have the RNC rules enforced so that the Sunshine State delegates are proportionately allocated.
RNC Chairman Reince Priebus warned Florida Republican Party Chairman Lenny Curry of the violation in a December letter quoting the rule,
winner-take-all states cannot hold a primary or caucus before April 1, 2012.

I'd like to see a video of some guy yelling at a bunch of those stoners
..."Hey bastards!...John Lennon loved Reagan"
...and see their reactions.
Actually, this doesn’t surprise me at all. Missouri tried the same stunt and got the same warning. If you look at the list posted the other day you will notice Missouri has a primary AND a caucus. We’d scheduled the primary too early so also had to schedule a causus later. Now, when we go out to vote in our primary it means nothing. The caucus will do the deciding and the heck to what the primary results were.
agree, Newt needs now to talk about obamacare, in some states like the south homosexual agenda, planned parents hood in all states obamacare, Romneycare, debt in MA, spending in MA, running to the left of Kennedy and was a Dem after other big issues.
Holy cow! Happy April Fool's Day, Mittens!
Nay, he's still out.
Enjoying it though.
thanks
Posted fax & phone for RNC on social media sites...lets work it baby!
I am gleeful at the idea of Gingrich sucker punching the official vote tally.
Angel in the whirlwind, be our shield; Lord, have mercy...
No Drudge siren?
Must not be news.
BWAH!!
“Newt CLEARLY has a strong argument here, where the Party is held to its own rules “
Newt has read Saul Alinsky!
Good to hear he’s having a good time and safe.
Take care.
yes, maybe Newt is throwing down the challenge in case they try that. Either way, smart move, plus shows he ain’t rolling over.
"South Carolina Republicans awarded 11 delegates to the statewide winner and two delegates to the candidate who got the most votes in each of the state's seven congressional districts. Gingrich was the statewide winner and he won at least six congressional districts."
...that he will be endorsing Gingrich at his news conference tomorrow...there are a couple of threads addressing that topic hereabouts...
Drudge and Coulter now in talks about their next talking points from the establishment and the homosexuals in their log cabin who are so GOproud that they have to tell all of us how they take it.
ARF
HEY DRUDGE, WHERE’S THE SIREN?
:)
I can see Team Romney try to fight for the other 49 too, so perhaps a calculated move in case they try to say some FL voters are disenfranchised IF they don’t get all 99 of their delegates. Didn’t something like this happen in FL with the Dem’s in ‘08?
Hey Mitt, ever hear this one?
You want to make God laugh?
Make plans.......
Pinging myself for later viewing.
Now this is great news! We can always hope for a miracle here. Go Newt!
