PROVIDENCE, RI, January 30, 2012, (LifeSiteNews.com) Demonstrators from the Occupy Wall Street movement threw condoms on Catholic schoolgirls, refused to allow a Catholic priest to give a closing prayer, and shouted down a pro-life speaker at a Rhode Island right to life rally on Thursday, according to its organizer. The event marked the third time protesters associated with the movement have disrupted a pro-life meeting in a week.
About two-dozen members of Occupy Providence hiked from Burnside Park to the 39th Annual Pro-Life State House Rally organized by the Rhode Island State Right to Life Committee on Thursday. Protesters with Occupy Providence.
The pro-life organizations executive director, Barth E. Bracy, told LifeSiteNews.com that, near the end of the rally, the Occupiers strategically fanned out with military precision.
Thats when they started showering condoms down on some of the girls from a Catholic high school.

Maybe they are marching orders from HHS head Kathleen Sebelius to attack Catholics and Pro-Lifers whenever the opportunity presents itself. Sounds like the tactics being used in Wisconsin are spreading to other places like Rhode Island.
People need to start fighting for their rights and their children.
Maybe they are Romney supporters from Massachusetts...
Dallas told Bracy he was on a 13-city national tour to teach Saul Alinsky tactics to local organizers.
They are not even hiding their agenda -- friends in high places -- Obama, Sebelius, and Romney...
shoot the bastards
Considering the number of abortions each year - the only time these people use condoms is when they throw them.
I’ve never in my lifetime felt closer to a new civil war in this country than I do right now. People are going to start fighting back, and very soon......and it’s going to get really, really ugly.
I am sure that if someone threw used condoms at Obama's daughters, the liberal left would have fits.
I am sure if Chelsea Clinton had used condoms thrown at her, the liberal left would have fits.
I can’t stress enough the fact that EVERY public event - be it 2nd amendment, taxes, pro-life - needs to be VIDEOTAPED. In addition ALWAYS carry a camera because you never know what you’ll see.
While I hope that some video will pop up I am quite confident that if a video was made this would go viral. Of course Democrat leaders would claim that these are rabble-rousers that don’t reflect the core of the movement (just like they did in responding to the Oakland Occupiers that burned the flag) but in the end it would still put them on notice for any future thuggery.
It’s going to be interesting to see what happens in Chicago in a few months with the G8 meeting but I guarantee you it will not be pretty...and that’s - in a perverse way - good. As these folks get more and more radical you will see a huge swaying of opinion espoused at water coolers and kitchen tables alike that will not be kind to Occupiers and the stench will stink up the Democrats from the political elite all the way down to the grassroots.
And from RO: Ive never in my lifetime felt closer to a new civil war in this country than I do right now.
Sadly, I am basically in agreement with these two comments. The OWS movement seems to be morphing into a brownshirt-style of street fighters, not law-abiding dissidents. The potential is certainly there, and the current administration will do nothing to stop them. It's up to local cities to rein them in. And I am not sure they are up to the task.
As is nearly self-evident, when local law enforcement fails, the victims eventually fight back, and fight back hard. Remember the Committees of Vigilance? They were mostly justified, and mostly caught and hung the right scumbags. When will our government, at every level, stand up for public order? Also, when will the MSM begin to cover the worst actions of OWS? Maybe never, or until something world-changing happens. These are truely interesting times.
There have been cases where people with AIDS have been charged with attempted murder for trying to spread AIDS.
So firing on these folks might be considered a form of self defense...
OWS in 2011 was the test run.
OWS in 2012 will be used to disrupt church gatherings, conservative groups` rallies, and finally voters` polls.
This is Obama`s mob and he`s liking the tumult it`s causing.
Won`t happen. Obama`s thugs will pull the mobs back just enough each time to let the rage die off a bit, then send them forward again.
They know exactly what they`re doing. We don`t.
I fear what these Occupy savages are going to do this summer after a year of brain-washing by communist professors.
First put the condoms on their misbegotten heads!
“These thugs [brownshirts] need to be arrested for assault/battery on the High School girls.”
The Brownshirts were used to shut these people down; that was why people embraced Nazism in Germany.
I remember when those pervert activists stamped on the Host in St. Patrick’s Cathedral; while small groups remain, that was the end of coddling queers by the Catholic Church.
“Ive never in my lifetime felt closer to a new civil war in this country than I do right now. People are going to start fighting back, and very soon......and its going to get really, really ugly.”
I’ve gotten the same feel from these stories, but have yet to experience or see any of the things described; I’m less than 10 miles west of NYC, one mile northeast of Newark NJ, and without these stories I’d never know this stuff was even happening.
That's what I think. That seems to be the purpose that OWS was created for. Plus trashing Republican campaign offices, harassing donors at their homes and businesses, and generally making life difficult for those who dare to oppose "The Won".
In addition to your concealed piece? These people get violent, it seems it's all they understand.
Yep.. this attack on the Catholic gathering occurred on the heels of the church defying the abortion and contraception insurance requirements in Obamacare. IMO, this was planned and coordinated by Regime thugs.
