If this would have happened in a small town in Texas, Arizona, Wyoming, etc., I suppose some of the OWS folks would have been shot and killed after tossing the used condoms...

There have been cases where people with AIDS have been charged with attempted murder for trying to spread AIDS.

So firing on these folks might be considered a form of self defense...
