Unbeknownst to the press, President Obama met this evening with former president George H.W. Bush and his son, former Florida governor Jeb Bush in the Oval Office.
White House officials did not list the meeting on the president's schedule but released a photo through Flickr and Twitter.
According to the date and time stamp on the photo, it was taken shortly after 5 p.m. That's about the time Obama returned to the White House from a fundraiser at the Mandarin Oriental Hotel.
White House officials did not immediately respond to questions about the subject of the meeting and its exclusion from Obama's public schedule.

Yes, HW was a hero in WWII, just as all the soldiers who fought were. Did he (or his father) do anything to stop or speak out against selling Poland out to Stalin?
What did HW do to free Eastern Europe? Did he sit in jail with the workers of Solidarnosc? was he working with the Kaczynski brothers to write the agreements that the communists had to sign? Was he in Hungary with the people who stood up to the evil empire? Don’t try to give the elite credit for the work done by the ordinary.
Ronald Reagan and Pope Jan Pavel II did a lot more than HW to inspire the Poles to resist and to trust in G-D, not the United States, to protect us all from the USSR. Bush had nothing to do with it.

The presidential debate moderators will ensure that Gingrich is totally neutered by the 'rules' of the contests. Believe me - Newt would come out the loser in any televised debate.

Democrats will wait to drop their opp research files until after a guy is nominated for the Presidency. Romney has never been nominated. He was governor of Massachusetts, where he was all too willing to help the Democrats advance their leftist agenda, so they had no need to sling mud at that time.
