Still, not much coverage from Fox and the MSM.
Does this means that Obama cannot be on the ballot in the primary and general election in Georgia?
“...Judge pulled the lawyers for the three cases into chambers...”
“Any appeal, if one is even possible, would be based on the evidence provided by the lawyers in each case. Both Van Irion and My lawyer, Mark Hatfield made certain that our cases and evidence in those two cases would be closed ...”
What are the 2 cases he’s referring to? Anyone know?
Good job PING
From what I understand this only pertains to the Georgia Primary. Seems to me an easy and logical next step would be to leave him off the general election ballot too, but what do I know?
Let Freedom Ring!
Keeping Obama off the ballot over what will be perceived as a technicality will result in large scale race riots.
Oh, well.
Bret reported this on fox news!
Whle the NBC case is of utmost importance and must be heard, I think the evidence that Orly got into the record may steel the spines of those tasked with exposing this fraud. God knows she is not perfect; none of us are. Certainly, someone other than Orly could do a better job of presenting the evidence, but where are they? We have to play with the hand we are dealt and Orly seems to be the only one willing to stand against the evil we are facing. Thank God for her and pray for her. Without her case yesterday we would not have evidence of the fraud that is Obama in the record. Because of her we have undisputed evidence that Obama has a SS# issued to someone born in 1890, among others. We know that SS# sent up a fraud alert in the E-Verify system. Undisputed evidence of multiple names, problems with his Illinois law license, evidence of forging the BC’s he has released, and more. It is all in the record and not disputed. Please don’t sell Orly short. In her own imperfect way she is trying to save our country and what she did yesterday put a big hurt on the imposter.
“Keeping Obama off the ballot over what will be perceived as a technicality will result in large scale race riots.”
Eligibility is NOT a “technicality”. Bring it on.
I expect some silly circus court of appeals will overturn a default judgement before the ink is even dry.
But still.... this is a victory for birthers. There have been what? Some 40 or 50 suits filed across the country? Øbama can’t win them all.
There will be no riots. No one but Obama has any skin in the game of keeping him in office another term. More Obamism will simply lead to a higher black unemployment rate.
Yes, Brett did report it on Fox News and did a purely crappy job of reporting the facts.
Paraphrasing - “...the suits are all challenging whether Barack Obama is a US citizen.”
What a dope.
The Dems will just throw some placeholder on the ballot who will go to the microphone at the start of the convention and hand off his delegates to Obama.
At the end of the day it will change nothing.
We have the warmups going on all the time. They are called flashmobs, the knockout kings/game, and polar bearing.
In the past, I’ve sent Bret links, and I’ve seen the link that Bret repeated verbatum. He does not rewrite what is said in the original article.
It can’t be appealed to the feds; this is sheerly a state matter. And what really matters is that GA’s SOS has said he will abide by Malihi’s recommendation and not allow Obama’s name on the ballot. The law applies to both primary and general election ballots - requiring candidates listed on ANY ballot to be eligible for the office they seek. So this would apply to the general election ballot as well as to the primary ballot.
I guess that means that more range time is required for the rest of us.
