I've been putting this sticker on gas pumps:

"Somehow we have to figure
out how to boost the price of
gasoline to the [$8-$10/gal]
levels in Europe." - Barrack Obama's
Energy Secretary Steve Chu. Had enough yet???

I've sized mine to fit twelve to a sheet of bumper sticker stock...

That 50% who say they are going to vote for Barry Soetoro should be forced to pay 50 bucks a gallon. We need something to wake those dumb bass turds up.

I am convinced it was the high gas prices of 2008 that broke the camel’s back and caused the bubble to burst. I was paying $4.99 a gallon for diesel and it was costing me $40 a day to get to work. I drastically cut back on everything. Stopped going out to eat. People started having to choose between getting to work and paying their mortgage. If gas goes up again we will be in deep, deep do do.

The spike in gas prices in 2008 is what tipped the country into the economic swamp we’re in today, as those who were barely making ends meet spent more on transportation and had less to put into their mortgage payments - another spike coming in the fall could send us back into recession, and Obama out the door - he may come to regret his Keystone pipeline decision sooner than he thinks.....

During the time when Newt Gingrich and his Conservative colleagues were in power, gas was 77 cents per gallon in the Dallas area. That was a very good era. I was making good money on my investments, our company was selling product consistently and all of us, employees, management and owners, were making good, honest money.

When President Gingrich sweeps into power again and the Tea Party Patriots controls the budget, I see inexpensive, plentiful gas again. Newt knows that we have to "Drill Baby Drill!" and "Frack Baby Frack!". I'm looking forward to a renewed America...it won't be long now.

President Obama’s foolhardy energy policy

By Deneen Borelli 7:06 PM 02/06/2012

Fearing a political backlash over his rejection of the Keystone XL pipeline, President Barack Obama tried to use his State of the Union address to appease critics of his war on fossil fuels.

By stealing conservatives’ “all of the above” energy policy, Obama is trying to diffuse criticism of his flawed energy policy.

In particular, Obama’s call for more oil and gas drilling in his State of the Union address was meant to deflect attention away from his failure to approve TransCanada’s Keystone XL pipeline. TransCanada has already invested $1.9 billion in the project and abided by the federal regulatory process, and its pipeline provides a whole new meaning to Obama’s “shovel ready” phrase.

The president’s refusal to allow construction of the Keystone XL pipeline, at a cost of an estimated 20,000 jobs, is proof he is putting his radical ideology before the well-being of American families.

The prices above were shown on SF KTVU this morning. They are blocking the prices of the higher grades which were over $5/gallon.

Remember the hate America Enviros have wanted $5/gallon for gas for years. If our economy was recovering, this will drive a wooden stake into its heart!
