Appointments and promotions are made not based on ability, performance, merit or any other logical reason. They are made on the basis of “diversity”.

This happens everywhere all the time. Christie pretends to be a conservative but he is part of the problem.

I know nothing about Harris, but Kwon was a powerhouse of a federal prosecutor. He got convictions of a lot of corrupt NJ politicians when he was in the US Attorney's Office.
