One of my favorite scenes from that movie is when Paul Newman looks at Redford and says, “Think you put out enough bulls%$# there, Sundance?”

So admission is free, and anyone can occupy any seat at the festival without a ticket? Anyone can eat any of the catered food at no charge? Signed collector’s edition box set DVD’s of every movie at the festival will be given to everyone who shows up, free of charge? And afterward, all of your student loans will be paid off and you’ll be able to get an entry level $100,000 a year job with a degree in Feminist Studies? That is one awesome film festival. Makes that “Burning Man” thing seem like a bunch of corporate sellouts.

Now, what would that group have in common with actors?

My sister rents out her Park City home for $5K per week during the Sundance Film Festival, no doubt to a 99%er.

John Nolt has been writing on Sundance over at Breitbart's Big Hollywood. It is nothing but Hollywood corporate types and celebs partying. It is a 1%ers playground. The movies they are pushing are garbage and all of the movies that were bought last year collectively earned less then the new Mark Walberg action movie Contraband. It is a joke and now Redford is calling for the Govt' to support these awful movie projects like the Socialist Europeans do. Go away Bob. All the taxpayer dollars in the world won't make the public want to see your garbage.

As they fly in their private jets from one home to another while wearing their designer clothing all the while claiming they can relate to the forgotten.....it seems to me when Hollywood discovers a new place to play the “forgotten” have to move out because life is no longer affordable.....

Not too bright, and not a good actor, either. Sure, he’s had some great roles— but none of them required acting. He is always the same character in every movie he’s ever done. Same voice. Same swagger. Same signature smile/smirk. Same person, just different costumes.

What is Redford smoking?
There are a few gems, but many are not that good. They will not appeal to the masses. More people are going to see Twilight or Contraband instead.

Robert Redford says Sundance, the corporate sponsored playground for celebrities, is for the '99 %'Bwahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha . . . . . . who says that Robert Redford doesn't have a sense of humor - as well as no clue to what OWS is about????
He and Michael Moore should also try to convince them that they are just well-paid paupers!!

Then pay for it yourselves you ignorant asses. I don’t believe that your 99% is going to pay to go there. Under your definition of the 99% the only way they or any of the real working Americans who might be interested would be able to go there is if you guys pay their way, which would never happen. Ignorant, arrogant idiots.
