I hope that Arizona does a complete investigation. I predict that a great many people will plead the 5th Amendment.

Sovereign states—Doing the work that the Federal government won’t.

I guess from here on out, anyone appearing before ISSA will take the fifth. I wonder who Arizona will indict first.

“I predict that a great many people will plead the 5th Amendment.”

And I predict that it will end there. No prosecution of hussein or holder because they are above the law. And they will protect those below them.

As I said in October: Link to post:

It seems like everyone is being led around by their noses on this F & F thing and doing too little in getting those involved to flip and turn states evidence in order to avoid prosecution.

There are numerous state laws that cover the type of criminal activities that have taken place in the Department of Justice (DoJ). So much so and to the extent that it would allow states Attorney Generals (AG), County District Attorneys (DA), and city prosecutors to proceed with their own investigations (piggybacking off of Issa/Grassley investigations) and prosecute a number of these people as being accessories to the murder of federal agents and the gun running that occurred within their state and county jurisdiction. There is no type of claim of immunity to prosecution when it develops that the causal effect of a persons malfeasance in office leads to the death of innocent people.

You want to get results and see them spilling their guts, then start filing criminal complaints and watch the plea bargain deals exposing the people responsible. I forget which politician it was that almost exploded and had a nervous breakdown when the suggestion was made to prosecute criminally the actors in F & F! And….. No independent prosecutor until after this upcoming election in order to avoid the appointment of one of Obama's or Holder's cronies. AGs, DAs, and prosecutors ………….. have some balls and just do it! Just do it!

“Nationally, Fast and Furious has entered the vernacular.” - Not to those who solely watch NBC News. To those viewers, it still only brings thoughts of a Vin Diesel movie.

Re ‘Americans from all walks of life know’ -

Major fallacy. Americans who get their news from the lib media know NOTHING about Fast & Furious.

I have friends and relatives who have never heard of it. And if it makes Obama look bad, they don’t want to.

Don’t assume everyone knows what we know. They don’t and they want to stay that way. Find me a midwestern state newspaper that mentions it anywhere on the first page - I bet you won’t be able to. I am pretty sure the Dayton Daily has never mentioned it, if it has, it is buried somewhere.

I occasionally send lib friends articles about things that I know they will never know about otherwise. Mostly it just ticks them off (at me). They get their news from Politico and think Media Matters is the final authority.

You know how we conservatives just make things up.

Good for Arizona! Bravo! This may be the way to go. Sunlight is an excellent disinfectant!

Personally I would like to Arizona shine a powerful enough strobe light up Obummer's a$$ it makes his head flash like a freaking neon sign. And Holder needs to be holding intense lets-get-acquanted sessions with a 300 lb guy named Bubba deep within the confines of Leavenworth Prison.

...Americans know that the plan from the get-go was to have these guns carried across an international border and passed to criminals whom the ATF then planned to arrest (but they never got around to arresting them because they hadn’t bothered tracing the guns from the point of sale).

That is completely false. They had no plan to ever arrest anyone. Field agents who wanted to interdict some of these guns before they got over the border were adamantly told to stand down. Here is the testimony of four ATF agents to that fact.

The Department of Justice ’ s Operation Fast and Furious: Accounts of ATF Agents

These agents all testify that they were ordered to let them go.

the obama admin lets guns go to the drug cartels, which in turn kill hundreds of people and kills border agents, which in turn the obama admin gets caught but now the DOJ, the top law enforcement which was behind this now pleads the 5th and the MSM say they’;re not bias and shocked that people on the right are fed up of them

WHAT A CROCK ALL OF THIS IS.

Now countries hate the USA more than under George W., and there are states in our OWN COUNTRY that are gradually working their way there:

Arizona, Texas, Alabama...others?

Picture a 2nd Obama term —how many more, then...?

Prayers for all those in Arizona. If only other states would vocally back them on this necessity. If Congress can’t bring charges, then the State of Arizona has a definite right to do so - especially considering it is their citizens being directly targeted by the gangs outfitted by the Federal Gov’t.
