Romney today on Fox News Sunday claimed to be a Washington outsider and would if elected to the presidency bring change to Washington's insider ways. Well, guess his working with Senator Kennedy to impose socialist healthcare on his Massachusetts constituents was just an exception to his Reaganesque conservatism and dedication to liberty:

Newt sat on a couch with Nancy Pelosi. Mitt collaborated with, then praised, Ted Kennedy in putting Romneycare. Im pretty certain that actions are infinitely more important to TEA Party activists than empty gestures.
Mitts praising Ted Kennedy for his behind-the-scenes work on Romneycare is confusing because Mitts admitted that Romney doesnt control health care costs. He said that that wasnt its goal, saying that getting everyone insured was the goal.
TEA Party activists know that a) Mitt isnt one of them and b) that Mitts priorities arent the TEA Partys priorities. Its never been TEA Party activists goal to collaborate with Ted Kennedy, the biggest of the big spending Massachusetts liberals, on the precursor of Obamacare. Thats what Mitt did.
Whats almost as disgusting is the fact that Mitts attempting to be a person he isnt. Its just Mitts most recent attempted transformation to fit his campaigns needs.
Mitts team isnt stupid. They know that hes never connected with TEA Party conservatives. Thats why Mitts attempting to be something he isnt. Its one thing to say foolish things or make mistakes. Its quite another to attempt to be something that you arent.
The biggest requisite to being a TEA Party activist is being conservative. The next biggest requisite is being yourself. If theres anything that TEA Party activists wont tolerate, its a pretender. We want the real thing, not a charlatan who plays a conservative when its necessary.
Well, I believe it’s a Massachusetts program, but I’ve seen clips of Romney stating that he cleverly got the federal government, ie, we the taxpayers, to pick up half the costs.
Short, to the point, raises the level of consciousness. Thanks for the post Jim.
I found this video worthy of emailing to my Florida friends. I hope you do the same. The following was my message to them—
“Now that Romney has left liberal Iowa and New Hampshire, it is youtube videos like this that led to his demise among Southern Conservatives in South Carolina yesterday-—

Romney is a carbon copy of Brown and, if he wins, will waste no time in pushing obamo's marxist agenda forward. Will not vote in election if he is candidate...Rather get to the inevitable revolution while I'm still spry and well armed..
Quite frankly we will have to be on our guard constantly in case newt turns out to be another RINO in Conservative clothing...Saying that obamao is "likeable"....Sitting down and sucking up to hitlary...Things like this can be warnings on the horizon...Will vote GOP, for my 15th consecutive time, if he is the candidate..
Palin, Bachman, Santorum....wherefore art thou...???
Sorry. I really wasn’t clear enough. I meant the whole crappy government, subsidiaries, programs, plans, agencies, departments, and on and on and on and on...and you and I are funding it. I’m sick of it.
Anyone who could support Romney certainly have their heads somewhere, butt it isn’t in the game.
Mittens problem is that now he needs to appeal to the very segment of the party that has been rejecting him by 75%.
In Florida only registered Republicans can, and that will be the end of him.
After looking at the all the exit polling information from Iowa, New Hampshire, and South Carolina, Romney will end up in distant 3rd.
Even with Santorum still in the race.
My prediction is that Newt will get 55%, Rick 30%, Mittens 10% with Ron bringing up the rear with 5% or less.
Sort of like Stalin's "Socialism in one country."
Go Newt!
