A Georgia judge has ordered President Barack Obama to appear in court in Atlanta Thursday for a hearing on a complaint that says Obama isn't a natural-born citizen and can't be president.
Orly Taitz, the California attorney who brought the legal challenge to Obama's name on the March Georgia presidential primary ballot, says this is what she has been working for over the last three years.
"This will be 100 times bigger than Watergate," she said Saturday morning, referring to the scandal that brought down President Richard Nixon in 1974. "There are high ranking judges and federal officials who are involved in this cover up. The ramifications of this trial will be enormous."
Taitz said she expects the president's legal team to fight his appearance in the Georgia court.
"But he's in a catch-22," she said. "If he is appealing this decision, then he looks guilty. The whole nation understands this man is a fraud."
Taitz has led the "Birther" movement that insists Obama is not a natural-born U.S. citizen. She is also familiar to Georgia courts.

This falls in the realm of what if.
What if THE 1 fail to produce the more important items that relates to birth, parental heritage/nationality, and birth location? What if THE 1 does produce some but not all of the rest of the items on the laundry list the judge issued? How will the judge rule? Is this an all or nothing deal? If THE 1 produces some but not all of requested items on the list, will that be enou to keep THE 1 off the Georgia ballot?
BHO has stated in his own writings that his biological father was Kenyan. Even though he is a citizen, he cannot be “natural born”, and therefore he is unqualified to serve as President.
The only history that is not being kind to Bill Clinton is FR online history because lefties write the history by and large. To many people here, and its sad that the world is like this I admit, believe that most people think like they do. Well...they don't. Most of America do NOT think for themselves...they don't read FR. They are mindless drones and they do not know NOW nor will they EVER know the names Taitz and Lakin. The leftist writers of American history and the MSM will see to it.
If you think differently you live in a FR bubble. I have a military friend in my unit...a self described moderate...middle of the road independent...who I got into a very loud argument with over the media. He sees absolutely NO bias in the MSM at ALL. None whatsoever. To him...the are all straight shooters...not liberals giving preferential treatment to libs...and no amount of evidence would convince him otherwise. He is a smart guy...but that is what is out there. And that is why Taitz and Lakin will only be considered Patriots to people who visit sites like FR...but will be footnotes to history otherwise.

I agree, his appearance will never happen. The whole nation will not see this guy as a fraud. If the media does not report his required appointment in court was not kept by him, 90 percent of the nation will never know that he had a court date in the first place.

Trump may have triggered a trap. If Obama or Hawaii is force to come out with the original, it better match the released digital COLB to a tee. Location of letters and info better match. If the released digital COLB was altered, Obama owns that one because HE released it. If another version is released, there is going to be a legal fire storm.
Remember, Hawaii claims it exists but it is sealed, the Gov of Hawaii then says they cannot find it, then Obama releases a digital copy that is suppose to be a scan of the original. Digital copy indicate alterations that should not exist if it is a one time scan of an original. All this legal fighting over the simple release of a BC that everyday citizens would spend 15 bucks or less to get for their own children in a heartbeat.
I believe the “official” story is that appearing would take away from his presidential duties-—you know-—like playing golf and fundraising.
