A Georgia judge has ordered President Barack Obama to appear in court in Atlanta Thursday for a hearing on a complaint that says Obama isn't a natural-born citizen and can't be president.
Orly Taitz, the California attorney who brought the legal challenge to Obama's name on the March Georgia presidential primary ballot, says this is what she has been working for over the last three years.
"This will be 100 times bigger than Watergate," she said Saturday morning, referring to the scandal that brought down President Richard Nixon in 1974. "There are high ranking judges and federal officials who are involved in this cover up. The ramifications of this trial will be enormous."
Taitz said she expects the president's legal team to fight his appearance in the Georgia court.
"But he's in a catch-22," she said. "If he is appealing this decision, then he looks guilty. The whole nation understands this man is a fraud."
Taitz has led the "Birther" movement that insists Obama is not a natural-born U.S. citizen. She is also familiar to Georgia courts.

But really, if Obama refuses to answer the courts we are just one step closer to a coupe. Few people realize that fact.
From a strictly constitutional POV, the GA authorities have adequate cause to remove Obama from the ballot right now. Let the SOB sue US for a change!
The saddest part of this is, IMHO, is that we are part of an extreme minority. The overwhelming majority of the electorate neither knows nor cares about "Constitutional Legitimacy" as it applies to The Mombasa MF. This is obviously because there has been a total media blackout on the issue. But there are two other culprits: elected Republican representatives, and candidates have either ignored the issue or spouted nonsense when asked about it. . Ditto, the world of "Right Wing Talk" Radio. Could they at least mention what's going on around the states in regard to this issue?
Speaking of the MSM, NPR has begun a campaign to whitewash Raila Odinga, the murderous jihadist communist thug for whom Obama raised funds and for whom he campaigned in Kenya. The man's reign must be ended.

As for the sm minority, that could change overnight depending on what the ‘notation’ consists of. If the content was sufficiently noteworthy, the MSM might not be able to totally embargo the story. Then you could well see a groundswell of people who care. Nobody likes to be lied to, after all.

The real issue is the definition of Natural Born Citizen, and if he qualifies or not given the undisputed fact that his father was not a US citizen at the time of his birth.
Think about it. He either thinks that he can get away with it, and has BTW for three years, or he knows he can....

He has produced a COLB and an Abstract. The original ‘birth record’ he has NOT produced. Nobody knows what’s on that, w a couple of exceptions: Fuddy, who noted it was ‘half handwritten’, and Abercrombie who described it as a ‘notation’.
So what does the notation actually say? Why is it so hard to find out? If this proceeding can finally produce that one item, it will have been more than worth it. I have no faith in the legal system whatsoever so I’m not getting my hopes up. I just would love to see that ‘birth record’ made public. Heads would explode—and they wouldn’t be ‘birther’ heads, either.

From what I read on the interwebs, ALL cell calls, e-mails, tweets, etc are recorded. Even PREZBOs.....but who is going to get the alphabet agencies to release them?
