Newt Gingrich instantly brought the crowd to its feet last night at the last debate before Saturday's all important primary in South Carolina. What was the multitude cheering? Not his stance on tax policy, or on abortion, but rather his acid assault on the “elite media.”
Gingrich expressed outrage that moderator John King of CNN would lead off the evening by asking about potentially damaging charges made by the Speaker’s second wife in an interview with ABC News's "Nightline."
The audience howled its approval as Gingrich tore into the “destructive, vicious, negative nature of much of the news media…” As ever, the former Speaker was brilliant, evading the problematic topic of his personal indiscretions and simultaneously punching a white-hot button launching an assault on what Sarah Palin describes as the “lamestream media.”

They absolutely despise Christians because they love a Marxist doctrine and culture of evil and American Christians symbolize a doctrine and culture of good to them. They want inequality before the law and they want the power to determine what we beleive, say and do in life. Ultimately, they want to compete with God to decide if we live or die. They want to corrupt children and they want to dissolve the family.
To win socialism’s injustice and enslavement, they need to debase and oppress Chrsitian Americans. We have the notion of constitutional justice and it’s way of life in our instincts. They want Marxist social justice which is no justice at all in the US.

Lame/weak/ineffectual could not have made a radical anti-American like Barack Obama the American President.
Lame/weak/ineffectual could not have made such an all-American patriot like Sara Palin hated, ridiculed or distrusted by so many Americans.
Lame/weak/ineffectual could not have kept Obama's approval rating even in the low 40s with the damage he has so clearly done to this country in the last 3 years.
Lame/weak/ineffectual could not have so radically redefined what is acceptable (politically, morally and culturally) to such a large portion of the American people.
No. The liberal MSM in America is a media a Hitler or Stalin would be proud of.
"Lamestream media" is itself too lame/weak/ineffectual a term to describe such a powerful, pervasive & destructive enemy of the America we love.
I was wondering about that myself. I heard her use lamestreet media on Sean Hannity radio show earlier this week.
They do it because we’ve allowed them to do it! Since the advent of the TEA Party, that trend is reversing! Politicians are finally showing some spine. Rats and liberals, get used to it. Your arrogant days are over. It’s takes alot to tick a Conservative off, but once you do, you had better run and hide because we take no prisoners.

How about because they act as "Obama's Morality Police"?
Only one google hit for "Obama's Morality Police" and that was someone discussing the possibility that Obama's "Morality Police" would object to four-letter words.. I guess that person has not heard of Obama lovers dailycuss, mediasmatters, huff'n&puffpost. . . and tons of others.
So a much better definition for "Obama's Morality Police" is a name for the MSM -- whom I still think of as Obama's servile, complaisant, undistinguished media (SCUM).
The media are NOT “out of touch” with America.
They understand America very well, better that a lot of us here do - which is why they are working so hard to change her.
