It appears that Barack Obama has again ignored the rule of law by signing a defense appropriations bill that prohibits him sharing vital United States leading-edge strategic US missile technology with Russia, yet he has told both houses of Congress that he plans to share the US missile technology anyway. Why is this important? Because it goes light-years beyond partisan politics and into an area where our national defense will be put at unreasonable risk. It is believed that the Russians will pass this technology onto China, Iran and North Korea.
I find it bitterly ironic that this president pushes an agenda of excessive government regulation and oversight under the guise of consumer safety. Virtually everything in our homes, offices and automobiles is regulated to some extent by federal bureaucracy. Yet at the same time, he’s subjecting tens of millions of American lives to unreasonable risk by unilaterally giving away our deepest US missile technology to nations hostile to American interests.
So here’s the bottom line. There are those of us who would vote for a Republican candidate because we do not believe in the agenda of this administration. Then there are those of us who would vote again for Barack Obama under the belief that he will take care of us financially by redistributing wealth so that everyone can be more or less equal regardless of skills, talent or work ethic. There’s just one problem. If you take away the United States military’s ability to protect this great nation from a nuclear missile launched from North Korea or even someday Iran, then the concept of federal cradle-to-grave protection and enablement probably loses most of its meaning, doesn’t it?
If you’re concerned, then you might want to watch this video produced by Dick Morris. I think Dick sums it up best when he says that this president
“has defined the opinion of both houses of Congress, both political parties, in pursuit of some phantom agenda of getting the Russians to like us a little bit more…. I think we will beat this guy in November, but we may not have a country by then.”
Admittedly, that last statement was designed to be dramatic in order to get our attention, but it underscores what I’ve been writing about for the last three years. We have a President of the United States who believes he’s more of a king than a servant of the people. And letting one man, regardless of who he is, make decisions and dictate unilaterally to the other 300 million of us is not only unsettling and frustrating, it’s extremely dangerous. The framers of the Constitution knew that all too well. Unfortunately, too many Americans have little understanding of the timeless principles that founded this country.
And if you don’t understand the value of what you have, history has shown that you are sure to lose it.

The oath is not to the Country, it's to the Constitution:
"I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will faithfully execute the Office of President of the United States, and will to the best of my Ability, preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States."
Art. II Sec 2
However the Constitution also requires that:
"he shall take Care that the Laws be faithfully executed,"
Art. II sec 3.
Obama's mother was born in Kansas, but we sure as h#)) aren't in Kansas anymore...
That's OK, the Constitutional definition of treason is different than the dictionary one.
The Constition says:
Treason against the United States shall consist only in levying War against them, or in adhering to their Enemies, giving them Aid and Comfort.
I’m sure Boehner is right on top of this.
If Obama does provide this information, he should be impeached. He isn’t a good enough security risk as it is, and I have a hard time thinking of something more vital to this nation’s national defense, than our nuclear weapons technology.
I would invite him to the Hill as a courtesy to discuss the issue, and if he didn’t bother to show up, I’d start impeachment proceedings.
This is totally unacceptable. It’s intolerable, and Congress must take action.
This technology must not be passed.

Impeachment proceeding must start in the House. They can issue the finding of Impeachment. The case then moves to the Senate where the trial begins. Only the Senate can issue a verdict of Conviction and Removal from office. BTW, both Conviction and Removal are separate votes. They could Impeach and Convict BHO, but vote against Removal.
Until the Republicans hold a commanding majority in both Houses during a Declared War, calls for Impeachment of a sitting President on the finding of Treason, are legally mute.
Due to the recent decision by the Republican Party to commit suicide in the choice of candidates to replace BHO, and the general public’s preference to treat Presidential elections as a popularity contest, said person will be reelected.
The End of the Age in Dec 2012 is not the asteroid strike and the resulting Extinction Level Event (ELE), but the date that all the votes are finally certified from the US Presidential election and BHO is reelected ... and
The Age of America is ended.

I'm pretty sure that by now his personal guard has been stripped of anyone who even hints at having more patriotism than personal loyalty.

Non-uniformed enemy combatants (spies and saboteurs) can be shot on sight.
Not that I'm advocating that, and indeed, it would be a VERY BAD THING to make him a martyr in the left's eyes.
It's just the legal reality.
Although I am as certain as I can be that he is not a Natural Born Citizen, I think he might actually be a citizen and therefore rates a fair and open trial.
Congress did declare war.

We are screwed. The sooner more people realize this, the sooner we can start having real conversations about putting things to rights.
Newt should be talking about this....he can expose Obama’s treason. Where are Washington DC Republicans on this? Completely silent. We spend billions and billions on developing this technology just to hand it over to Russia who will sell it to their allies. Infuriating!
Mute as in it a waste of time to harp on impeachment, and calls of treason. The legal term ‘moot’ is lost on too many.
The Constitution does not specify the exact words, the turn of phrase, congress must use to declare a war.

It’s more “In Your Face” to Congress, and thus to the American people. All we have to do is let him know that we don’t want something done, and he trips over his big feet trying to get it done.
NDAA: He was asked to remove the sections pertaining to detention of American citizens without habeas corpus or right to a lawyer—in other words, indefinitely and without recourse.
So he made sure those sections stayed in. Snakily said he wouldn’t sign it, and then did, on New Year’s Eve.
GIVING RUSSIA OUR HARD-EARNED DEFENSE TECHNOLOGY: It was especially inserted in the NDAA that he cannot do this, so he did it, of course.
“Tell me what you want so I can do the opposite.”
This is worse than the curtailment of free speech. He’s letting us continue talking so he knows what to do: the opposite.
I am sick with worry for Ameria and the paralysis of the people who should be doing something about this. It’s like the Devil has their tongue.
