This will probably be the biggest news of the morning. Millions have wondered who Governor Palin would actually support. Shes making it crystal clear now.
On Fox News, Sarah Palin says if she lived in South Carolina shed vote for Newt.
The next big question is whether Governor Perry decides to depart the race before or after Saturday. And if he departs, will he endorse Newt Gingrich, who wrote the introduction to Governor Perrys book Fed Up!
With Palins endorsement, Rick Perry is now in a terribly awkward spot. If he departs before Saturday, he could be a hero for one of the non-Romney candidates. If he waits until Sunday and the race is close, as it appears to be, Rick Perry will rightly be remembered as the spoiler who handed Mitt Romney the nomination.
If Rick Perry and Sarah Palin both throw their lot behind Newt Gingrich, well, the Republican nomination might actually turn into a race instead of a coronation.
You forgot Santorum......he has worked hard
Why does anyone listen to Erick Erickson? Governor Palin said IF she was in South Carlolina she’d vote for Gingrich - but the reason she would is so that this process of all these guys staying in and going forward. She wasn’t endorsing Gingrich - she was endorsing the fact that these men left in are sharpening their positions, which is to the VOTER’S benefit. She is in favor of the Primary Process continuing, she’s not picking someone to endorse. She made that abundantly clear to Hannity. Evidently is was too clear, and too far above the head of Erickson, who did nothing since last summer but pimp Perry.
Santorum would be great VP. Time to boot the new ‘One’, Romney, in the pants.
You seem to have an agenda.
Gov. Palin said she conditionally would vote for
Speaker Gingrich.
The backstabber, porn peddler, dog abuser Romney
should drop out.
Todd endorsed Newt. You think Sarah won’t? I can’t see that happening.
Sarah goes rogue again. Redefining how to back a candidate.
Rick Santorum needs to place his country before himself and drop out.

CNN SOURCE: ‘WE HAVE REPUBLICAN DEBATE OF YEAR TOMORROW NIGHT. WE ARE GOING TO LET THEM JUST GO AT IT’... DEVELOPING...
Palin is a true friend of Perry.
I hope Perry listens to Palin and throws his support behind Newt.
Palin is saying that our choices suck and that more time is needed to find out which candidate (if any) is best.
Boing.
Exactly.
Gov. Perry was a late-bloomer in the debates,
and even did well apologizing for, and learning
from, PerryCARE, but it has been TOO LATE for this time.
Gov. Perry:
Pull out now, get behind the conservative
instead of Rove’s and FOX News’ puppet,
and you will be backed by conservative
supporters in the future.
Newt/Santorum is how ticket ought to read!
Gov. Palin said that she is unable to vote for the Speaker
herself, because she NOT a resident there.
Yes, but Newt/Sarah would make lib/rino heads explode!!
Going rogue!! Drill, baby, drill!!
Santorum, too.
My take is Sarah wants the primary fight to continue instead of a coronation of Romney. If no candidate emerges with enough delegate votes, we will have an open convention, and who knows, Sarah could herself win the nomination.
I heard Sarah say that if she lived in SC, she would vote for Newt TO KEEP THE RACE GOING. She did not endorse him. To say that she “endorsed” Gingrich - is to be the one with the agenda.
Sarah Palin “casts her ballot for Newt Gingrich” with perfect timing to have the biggest impact.
SUPERB!!
GO NEWT GO!!
Diogenesis, a couple or so weeks ago, Sarah had great things to say about Santorum.
