US Republicans stir transatlantic tensions over climate change
EurActiv ^ | 13 January 2012

Concerns are growing in Brussels that persistent denial of human-caused global warming among Republican presidential hopefuls could damage EU-US relations and even spark a trade conflict.

All the leading challengers for the White House have staked out positions on global warming that defy the international scientific consensus, causing what Thomas Legge, a climate officer for the German Marshall Fund, called “exasperation” in Brussels.

Climate Action Commissioner Connie Hedegaard said in September she was “shocked that the political debate in the US is so far away from the scientific facts.”

“When you hear American presidential candidates denying climate change, it's difficult to take,” she said.

If a Republican president disrupted the EU's inclusion of aviation in the EU’s Emissions Trading System, or its default values ascribed to oil from tar sands, Jo Leinen, the chair of the European Parliament’s environment committee, called for “a reaction that would affect transatlantic trade.” …

I'd say that these Euro politicians are the DNC's masters . . . they seem to lead the DNC in GOP-blaming, and the DNC follows their every lead.

“When you hear American presidential candidates denying climate change, it’s difficult to take,” she said.

Money money money, it’s always been about money and power.
Every “solution” to the fantasy problem is a grab for wallets and freedoms.
Every single one.

Let’s see, every day their fiscal mismanagement theatens to collapse the world economy. But we should worry about the strain caused by our global warming policy. Yeah, right.

Meanwhile these European idiots don’t care that China is exponentially increasing it’s CO2 emissions but hey, it’s ok if communists doom the earth.

They need China to keep their euro currency afloat. Meanwhile, it’s the GOP that is the problem in the entire world—one of their many bogeymen.

Hilarious stuff!

If these scumbag socialist welfare states in Europe want to dig themselves in deeper by forking over their taxpayers’ money to third-world dictators thru the UN, that’s their business. But to complain because US Republicans aren’t buying into their “climate change” nonsense is ludicrous.

Didn’t those morons get the memo? The “global warming” scam has been fully exposed TWICE now, with Climategate I (November 2009) and Climategate II (November 2011).

AGW is a vital part of their plan of political manipulation, if they let it go they'll have to create another scam.

It's just another scheme to convince the world of a need for a strong global government, just another link in the chain of tyranny.

Notice how Republicans now deny “climate change”. I’ve never heard a sane human being say that the climate doesn’t change. It has and ALWAYS WILL, and there’s not a damn thing we can do about it. Just like how conservatives are “anti-immigrant” or “anti-gay”. Liberals change the language, then accuse the right of being stupid, or bigots.

They always need a crisis, they have to keep people scared, then they charge in to save us all from disaster. If there is no crisis they invent one.

It is manipulation fit to make Hegel's heart pound.

They orchestrate public opinion 24/7, one scheme after another.

You’re dead right about changing the language, especially through conflating unrelated non-synonymous terms—“climate change” and “(anthropogenic) global warming” in this case.

Michael Crichton: “Historically, the claim of consensus has been the first refuge of scoundrels; it is a way to avoid debate by claiming that the matter is already settled. Whenever you hear the consensus of scientists agrees on something or other, reach for your wallet, because you’re being had. Let’s be clear: the work of science has nothing whatever to do with consensus. Consensus is the business of politics. Science, on the contrary, requires only one investigator who happens to be right, which means that he or she has results that are verifiable by reference to the real world. In science consensus is irrelevant. What is relevant is reproducible results. The greatest scientists in history are great precisely because they broke with the consensus. There is no such thing as consensus science. If it’s consensus, it isn’t science. If it’s science, it isn’t consensus. Period.”

It's a scam ... it's a fraud ... it's a hoax!

Global Warming is not due to human contribution of Carbon Dioxide - Global Warming: The Cold, Hard Facts? By Timothy Ball

No Smoking Hot Spot (The Australian)

The missing hotspot (JoNova)

Those two articles take Greenhouse Theory at face value and by the criterion set up in the theory itself finds no evidence of warming on the basis of greenhouse effect.

Sky-high hole blown in AGW theory?

"Forbes reports on a peer-reviewed study that uses NASA data to show that the effects of carbon-based warming have been significantly exaggerated. In fact, much of the heat goes out into space rather than stay trapped in the atmosphere, an outcome that started long before AGW alarmists predicted:"

That article explains why no Hot Spot has been found.

The Hidden Flaw in Greenhouse Theory

Falsification Of The Atmospheric CO2 Greenhouse Effects Within The Frame Of Physics

Harvard astrophysicist dismisses AGW theory, challenges peers to 'take back climate science'

It Is Impossible For A 100 ppm Increase In Atmospheric CO2 Concentration To Cause Global Warming

Simple Chemistry and the Real Greenhouse Effect.

Those five articles each show that Greenhouse Theory has no basis in reality due to a direct conflict with the known laws of physics. No wonder the smoking gun "hotspot" can't be found.

Claim That Sea Level Is Rising Is a Total Fraud

That article kills any thought of planetary warming from any cause. Think about it. If there is absolutely no sign of rising sea levels how could the planet be warming? The rise in sea level in the last 100 years is almost exactly the same as the average over the last 40,000 years caused by the inter-glacial period we are in.
